Summary:
We are excited to welcome you to our pink Boujee apartment, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Centrally located in Manchester's Northern Quarter, you will be very close to Shudehill, The Arndale, Printworks, and Manchester Victoria Station. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.

The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The colourful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Featuring a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and an induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a 4 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family or friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

BEDROOM
The king-size bedroom is fitted with blackout blinds and a spacious double wardrobe for your luggage.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features a large, walk in waterfall shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

LIVING AREA
The living room has a 4 seater corner sofa and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard. There is an artificial feature plant-wall which adds character and intrigue to the space.

SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

ACCESSIBILITY
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. In the event the elevator isn’t working, you will need to take the stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have any mobility concerns.

LOCATION & PARKING
There are multiple public car parks available around the building, one across the road and one behind the building - charges may apply. Please check your guest pass for more details.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's iconic Northern Quarter. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. Shudehill bus and metrolink station is a couple of minutes down the road. Manchester Victoria train station is also a 5-10 minute walk away. The Arndale Shopping Centre is also very close by.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.

Funky pink palace!
The property is a bit of a one off pink palace, complete with pink kitchen utensils & bowls!! It’s well kitted out for a short stay. The location is great - there is a Spar opposite,Tesco Express 5 mins away & so many bars & restaurants in the Northern Quarter, plus the City Centre is only an 8 min walk. My daughter & I had a great time here. My only negative is after booking you have to go through a separate booking system with Jackson, it was a bit tedious- more rules, more info needed, a security deposit etc. it’s very professional so not a big issue, I just prefer dealing with flat owners for a more personal touch. I asked for early check in, it’s £35 for an hour, extra bedding it’s £36 for sheets for sofa bed - that impersonal stuff put me off a bit.
