The house was build following the typical aeolian style, and has a big private garden with native mediterranean vegetation and lemon trees.
Inside, you will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, an opened and fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven gas cooker and large hob. On the same floor, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin). On the upper floor, climbing the stairs up to the roof you will find another ensuite double bedroom, probably the most beautiful and fascinating, with a panoramic seaview glasswall. In the backside of the house there's the last bedroom, double and ensuite as well. All the bathrooms are decorated with elegant tiles and equipped with shower.
Two of the bedrooms face the big front terrace, with typical aeolian architecture and outide dining table, as well as fridge, barbecue and cooking place.
The villa - 'Casa dei 10 limoni' - is located in the neighbourhood of Iditella, ideally located within 10-15 minutes walking from the port, the living centre of the island, but far offf enough from the crowds: perfect balance between comfort and relax. The island is entirely pedestrian, the only vehicles allowed to circulate are electric golf cars delivering taxi service.
Access to the sea is secured with a 5 minutes walk through a small direct path from the garden to the stones shore, nearby a secondary port where you can rent small boats to discover the hidden beauties of the island.
Right next to the corner, one of the best restaurants of Panarea, where you can taste typical mediterranean, 100% homemade cuisine.

The island is well connected to the mainland through ferries and hydrofoils, with daily schedules from Naples (5 hours), Palermo (2h), Milazzo, Messina and Reggio Calabria (1.30h). Alternatively, private helicopter service is available. The owner will be glad to help you organizing the trip, providing with detailed information and offering pick up service from the port.
