This contemporary, detached house rests in Praa Sands, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Trewartha is a spectacular, detached house resting in Praa Sands, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with Smart TV and Juliet balcony, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin (single bed and single sofa bed), along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. Highchair and travel cot available on request. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, and an enclosed, multi-level garden with furniture and a barbecue. Trewartha offers incredible sea views in a bright and airy property with a fabulous garden for hosting alfresco dinners.
Amenities: Oil central heating with freestanding electric cooker and grill, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 3/4 cars on the driveway of the property. Enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn, furniture and charcoal barbecue. One well behaved dog welcome £20 fee for second dog (no dogs allowed upstairs). Sorry, No smoking. Located on the beach side of the A394 overlooking golf course Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.6 miles, beach 0.8 miles,12.7 miles from St Ives.

There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach – the perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks. Praa Sands is also home to a Golf and Country Club, from where the most wonderful sea vista can be enjoyed whilst you play. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle, the tower of which dates back to the 16th century.
