Beautiful house with private pool in Can Picafort, northern Mallorca, ideal for up to 6 guests.



The private saltwater pool is surrounded by 6 loungers, umbrellas, a small garden and a spacious terrace with dining area and barbecue. Inside, the rooms are distributed on a single floor, including a fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room with satellite TV, two bedrooms with double beds, a room with 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower and another independent bathroom with bathtub. The amenities include free WiFi and a washing machine. There is air conditioning only in the main house, the annex has a powerful fan. Pets are welcome.



Can Picafort is a town with all services such as supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants. The beach has fine sand and is perfect for families with children. You can visit other beaches in the area such as Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: As required by law, we need to request copies of ID cards or passports from all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
