Every Friday, the market takes place in the town. Visit the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença or enjoy the spectacular views of the Formentor Lighthouse.



Enjoy the private saltwater pool, 4 x 2 meters and 1.5 meters deep, equipped with a secure child safety closure system, allowing you to relax while the little ones play in complete safety. The garden, with its well-maintained artificial grass, invites rest and outdoor entertainment, with two comfortable hammocks for sunbathing and an elegantly furnished porch, equipped with a dining table, television and an electric awning to enjoy delicious outdoor meals.



For the youngest ones, complete equipment is provided that includes floats, balls and pool toys, as well as a practical outdoor shower to cool off after a day of fun in the sun.



Inside, you will find a bright and spacious kitchen fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, cooking utensils, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, ensuring that your culinary needs are covered during your stay. The dining area open to the living room offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family, while the comfortable sofa and flat-screen television with Smart TV invite you to relax and enjoy a family movie night. Additionally, high-speed WiFi is available for those who need to work or stay connected during their stay. The villa features centralized air conditioning on the ground floor and an air conditioning unit per bedroom, guaranteeing a fresh and comfortable environment at all times. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with access to the terrace, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom and another independent bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has a television.



For greater convenience, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. Additionally, the little ones will enjoy a games room equipped with a variety of toys, located on the ground floor for their entertainment. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
