Step back inside into your 2,400 sf remodeled vacation home. In May 2017, everything was updated, seriously everything. Updates, refreshing, and replacements are continued as needed, including new HVAC with UV light, dishwasher, painting, bathroom cabinets and roof (2022). The Penthouse provides privacy of the entire top floor of this 7 unit gated condo community. You'll have 3 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guest in your vacation home. The master bedroom features a king bed, sliding doors onto the balcony with a quaint sitting area, a walk-in closet, and en-suite that includes a vanity/dressing area with sink, and private bathroom area with a 2 person soaking tub and separate shower with bench seating. The hall exiting the master bedroom has a large half bath for guests use. The second beachfront bedroom features a queen bed, sliding patio doors to another quaint sitting area, a large closet and a private door to the second full bath. The bath area has a oversized tub / shower and double vanities. A hall door makes the second bath accessible to others without going through the bedroom. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or young adults. (Maxium number of kids / young adults combined is limited to 4) You have 2 bunk beds, both are twin over full. The large closet has a Pack N Play, beach towels, cooler and a shelf with board games to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your prep, cooking, dining and entertaining needs. We've even added baby and toddler dishes to make life easier. Just add food! Also included is an under counter ice maker which is ideal for filling the cooler provided for beach fun. We added an open counter and stools between the kitchen and family room so you don't miss the view, conversation and fun, while in the kitchen. A small laundry area off the kitchen is complete with a washer, dryer and laundry supplies . Across the large entry way is the dining room that will seat 8, plus a highchair. We also added an open counter in the dining area for additional seating. The family room presents a breathtaking view through 16' of sliding doors and is large, open and spacious with plenty of seating without feeling crowded. The custom made sectional couch has a chase, is perfectly positioned to enjoy the view, electric fireplace that adds ambiance on cool evenings, or watch the 70" TV above the mantel on the fireplace. Smart TV's are provided in all bedrooms, kitchen and family room and include Roku streaming and 500 mbps Internet.
Blackout blinds help with sleeping in, fans in all bedrooms and family room, three blow dryers, iron, ironing board, safe and cushioned patio furniture. A dock box located near the common area is stocked with beach chairs, mats, toys and a beach umbrella. The common area has a charcoal grill and picnic table for your use. If you decide to leave your fabulous vacation home, take the elevator or steps, go out the private gate and you are on the beautiful powdery sands of Clearwater Beach. The north end location of Clearwater Beach is less busy than the center of town, yet you are walking distance to most everything. Restaurants, shops and bars are a 10 minute walk or less and Pier 60 is a just 20 minute walk . Trolleys and free shuttles are available on the main street. Or just sit back and watch the beautiful sunset in the relaxing environment of your vacation home.
