Cassandra Villa is a unique,large property set in 7000sq.metres of land in the valley of Iria with amazing views to the Aegean,the island of Paros opposite and the surrounding lush valley.
The property is a 2 storey, 6 bedroomed house,3 of which are doubles, and 1 twin,with 2 large family bathrooms and a separate laundry room and can accommodate up to 12 people . All bedrooms have air conditioning and the large and airy living area has many aspects with cooling breezes , fans and beautiful views. There is even a piano for you to enjoy too!
A dedicated covered terrace on the first floor is home to a large pool table for games with a cool breeze!
Many pergola covered terraces lead from the house to the beautiful gardens, vineyards and orchards with fruit trees in abundance and our exquisite, large pool (13m x 6m ) surrounded by mature planting and olive trees providing complete privacy.
Completed recently ,is a small church at the end of the garden path. In a simple style, it is available for your quiet and contemplative times.
An amazingly peaceful setting and only a short distance to wonderful beaches, nearly undisturbed villages amongst our mountain range and of course the beautiful main town of Chora with its Venetian buildings and history.
Cassandra is ideal for larger groups and families with plenty of activities in the surrounding areas, should you ever choose to leave this peaceful environment.
Water sports,Sailing Charters,Horse riding,Walking holidays.
To enjoy our wonderful island to the optimum, car hire is essential which i am happy to arrange for you with a local Independent company .

We loved our time at this very special property. There was plenty of room for us 9 adults and 5 children. The house is charming with a spacious comfortable living room and a well equipped kitchen with two fridges. There is a great dining table on the patio from where we enjoyed a stunning view and sunsets. There was lots to do for all the family, including table tennis and a large beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. To be honest we were reluctant to go anywhere else! However we enjoyed several beautiful beaches all a short drive away. Our host was most welcoming and helpful. We hope one day to return.

A Naxian Discovery

How delightful to have discovered this beautiful, bougainvillea covered villa, withits garden scented with jasmine, lavender and gardenia. It served as an oasis for our group of four after our days spent by the sea or travelling inland to discover temples and Byzantine churches. Well located and within walking distance to a lovely little village, we felt fortunate to have this beautiful villa to enjoy, if only for a week. The property was well maintained, extremely clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, dishes and yes reading material. The bedrooms were spacious with great beds and pillows, the terraces allowed for morning breakfast and evening sunsets and the house itself was easily able to accommodate our group of four. Thank you Lesley for making our arrival so easy. A great Villa that I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location, amazing pool

This property is absolutely stunning, set in an elevated position overlooking Naxos town and with views across to the neighbouring towns. For our group the highlight was the pool which is a fantastic size and surprising deep which was super for cooling off in the heat of the day. The bedrooms are generous as are the bathrooms and communal spaces. We had several children in our party with a range of ages and the property accommodated us well with highchairs and travel cots as well as lots of games to keep them amused and interesting areas for them to explore. The property came well-equiped with cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment and towels. Our property manager, Lesley was fantastic. She immediately made us feel welcome, and was highly communicative and responsive. This made booking and checking in very easy. Would highly recommend to others.

The large pool certainly is an outstanding feature of the property, as well as the large outdoor spaces for exploring and all your Al fresco needs. Beautiful villa in an amazing setting on a lovely Cycladic island

We were a large group of extended family of various ages (4-77) and Villa Cassandra was perfect for us. In fact, it was so much better than we expected. We knew that the pool was large, based on the dimensions, but the whole pool area was fab. A shady spot for relaxing plus a large sun drenched terrace for sunbathing, dotted with olive trees, plus a ping pong table overlooking the large gardens just below. That whole area was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there. The house was wonderful and comfortable and clean and the various outdoor areas were great too. Plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the villa and views at various different times of the day. The pool table was such a fantastic addition and got a lot of use. The kitchen had everything you might need and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the place. Plus, the village of Glinado was in a great spot, overlooking Naxos town and Paros. Between 10-20 mins drive from the town or beaches. The sunsets from the terrace of the villa and the local taverna were amazing. Andrew, the owner, was very friendly too.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Cassandra ! Nous étions 8 adultes et 7 enfants, la maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est super bien équipée et sa piscine est très grande. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Nous remercions également Lesley pour son accueil.
