Ocean Front - 2BR, 2 BA, 7th Floor

DESCRIPTION
This is a 2 bed, 2 bath, 920 sqft condo located on the 7th floor with a DIRECT ocean front view. It is in the Ocean House II building. There is a LARGE balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. You can be relaxing on the couch or laying in bed and look right out at the beautiful gulf. It's so close to the water that you can open the balcony doors and listen to the waves crashing.

The living room has a flat screen TV with lots of seating including a comfy couch, large comfy recliner, and three basic sitting chairs. The TV has DISH cable along with a DVD player and surround sound stereo.

The whole place comes stocked just like a hotel, and then some.

Kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, pans, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. It comes with hand towels, a roll of paper towels, and starter dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The refrigerator comes clean and empty, ready for you to fill. The washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen and come with starter detergent.

The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom has a custom tiled shower. Both bathrooms come with bath and hand towels, along with a starter roll of toilet paper and bar of bath soap.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a full and twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a comfy couch that folds out to a full sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room also has a large, comfy recliner. All beds come with clean linens in addition to a set of separate clean linens for the sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a dresser and hangers in the closet, so you don't have to live out of your suitcase.

Each bedroom has a smaller flat screen TV with DISH cable and a DVD player, plus the master bedroom has a Blu-Ray player. No worries if your cell phone dies because there is a landline with a cordless phone.

A broom, vacuum, and mop are available if you need to tidy up during your stay.

The complex has a zero entry outdoor pool (shallow end starts at deck level, so you just walk right in) and two kiddie pools. There is a gazebo and grill area at each end of the pool. A walkway leads to the beach and there are showers and a hose to use on your way back to remove sand. There is an elevator and carts in the lobby to help move your luggage to and from the condo.

Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in this condo or at this complex.
