Welcome to Gulf House 203, a recently updated condo that offers wonderful views of the Gulf.This cozy and comfortable space is perfect for a beach getaway.

Here's what you can expect from this lovely vacation rental:

Master Bedroom: This room features a king-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom, providing a comfortable and private space for relaxation.

Second Bedroom: Equipped with two twin beds, this room is ideal for kids or additional guests.

Living Room: The living room has large sliding glass doors that provide fantastic Gulf views, making it a great place to unwind. There's also a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you might need, from a coffee maker and microwave to cooking utensils and cookware.

Amenities: The condo is equipped with ceramic tile, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable furniture to make you feel at home.

Laundry: A laundry room is conveniently located just around the corner from the unit.

Complex Amenities: The Gulf House complex has a swimming pool, and it's conveniently located right on the beach, offering you easy access to the Gulf waters.

Location: Gulf House is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, steps away from restaurants, shopping, and the famous Hangout.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes: Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. You can have up to two parking passes per reservation, allowing a maximum of two cars.

Linens: Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
Starter Set: The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Policies:
To rent this property, you must be at least 25 years of age or older.
A photo ID is required at check-in.
Pets are not allowed in this condo.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit.

Monthly "Snowbird" Rates: If you're considering an extended stay during the winter months, feel free to inquire about monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February!

Condo was clean, excellent ocean,beach and pool view. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Beds were mostly comfortable. The pullout sofa mattress needs to be replaced as well as 1 of the twin beds had a dip in it. Blankets for sofa bed were especially rough on Sun kissed skin. Plus we paid for 2 parking places and weren’t even able to park in our lot for half the time we were there. Over all we had a great girls trip. Friends for 40 years

Perfect size for our girl’s trip. (4 adults). We had a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our trip. Really enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony. Only complaint was the sidling glass door was a little hard to open.

Great place for a family.

This complex was a great fit for our family. It was quiet and not to big. Plenty of space for everyone at the water. It was just right.

Convenient!

Stayed here with my three young kids. It was a perfect fit for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so convenient to be able to walk to sea n suds on the beach! Would stay here again!

Family Birthday at the beach

We enjoyed our time there. Everything was very nice, and well equipped for all of our needs. We would surely enjoy coming again to the same rental. Only complaint we had was that we had to struggle to open the sliding door, it took two hands to open, other than that it was a very nice stay.

Extremely clean condo with easy beach access. I loved the balcony looking into the ocean. The master bathroom was a little small for us but we swapped bathrooms with our kids and it worked just fine. After hours check in was simple. Would stay here again!

great ocean view

This is a great location. Everything available to cook meals. Could use a bit more cleaning. The manager took care of concerns readily. Would recommend staying there.

Softballers

The property is beautiful. The view is gorgeous from the condo. And the walk isn’t too far down to the beach. Only 2 things that I would fix is #1 the air conditioning wouldn’t stay set to where we wanted it and it got very hot at night and while we were gone to walk my daughter play softball during the day. And sheets for the pull out couch are needed.

Nice condo

The condo was a nice size. Fairly clean except it would have been nicer without any carpeting since you are staying on the beach. Carpet was worn. TV in the main room didn't work very well. Overall it was a nice place.

It sounds like you had an overall positive experience, though a couple of things could have been better. The carpet by the beach and the TV issues can definitely detract from the overall comfort. If you choose to stay again, letting the property management know about these concerns could help improve the experience for future guests! Would you stay at this condo again or consider another location for your next beach trip?

Wish people would have social distanced better on the beach than they did. Also the chair/umbrella company we rented... spread out more!!!

Great Property

Property was as described/pictured, beds were comfortable, very quick/easy walk to the beach, fast check in, covered parking. Only thing worth noting is the master bathroom is small. I think I'm an average size person and the shower was kind of tight. Would be tough on a tall or round person. Otherwise an excellent unit, would stay here again!
