Parking was a little difficult, especially as we had two vehicles and we didn't want to inconvenience our neighbours.Location was gorgeous with local shops within a few miles. Lovely walks.Cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

This lovely cottage was one of my favorite places ever! I would love to return.

My family of four truly enjoyed this cottage and we only wish that we could have stayed longer. It's beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet and delightful in every way.

U.k. is more than worth for visiting.

One of the best cottages we had ever had in u.k. Coming to u.k. for more than 50 years the Cotwolds are one of our favorites. We always met nice and friendly people. We are lucky that our son is living in u.k. From Borders to Cornwall your country is beautiful.

Short break in the Cotswolds

Beautiful cottage with garden set in a small village close to all amenities. We were so happy to find this cottage on VRBO. Very cozy rooms and we enjoyed a blazing fire in the wood burning stove. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Cosy cottage in quiet village

We had a wonderful time in Pear Tree Cottage, a well equipped and cosy cottage, good starting point for beautiful walks or trips to Bath, Cirencester and Gloucester.

Lovelly cottage in nice area

Pear Tree Cottage is a nice cottage, which provides everything you need for your holiday. Its in a small, quiet village in the middle of green nature. It‘s a very good location to explore the Cotswolds around.

Excellent location

Cottage is in perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds, in a peaceful, quiet village. Parking is on the road outside the cottage, we never had a problem. There are very low door ways upstairs which my 6 foot husband banged his head, so bad there was a bleeding deep gash. This was not mentioned anywhere, despite quite amusing H&S warnings in the folder ("don't slam your fingers in drawers" "don't fall between the beds") Beds are comfy, we always take our own pillows, but ones there looked ok. Nice living room with sofas. Garden is good to sit out in, shady in the afternoon which suited us in a heat wave. We had one issue that was sorted within a couple of hours, so good service there. However, it just need a really good clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. We swept dead flies off window sills, and weeks worths of cobwebs. there is too much "stuff", ornaments etc making it dusty. kitchen cupboards are dirty inside, and filled with way too many plates etc. We had a good week, but I would not book this particular cottage again unless it had been thoroughly cleaned.

As the cottage is a traditional period property, some of its original features, including the low doorways, have been retained. Lovely cottage with plenty of activities in the area

I've stayed two weeks in August in this cottage with my family and enjoyed every single day. It's a very comfortable house with a well equipped kitched and a large garden. The village is really quiet with friendly neighbours. The Cotswolds is a great area for nature walks, lovely villages and interesting cities like Oxford, Bath and Gloucester close by. I would love to be back and experience the Cotswolds during a different season.

Great location

Great location, great cottage! This was our summer holiday in the Cotswolds. It was a lovely little cottage very close to many towns and attractions. It was a perfect size for the two of us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely garden too(just needed a couple of loungers)! We had a wonderful week!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at the cottage, which is really charming, such as the garden. It is located in a hamlet which is very peaceful and very well located. We had everything we needed in the cottage and Kevin was very welcoming and of good advice. Probably the best place of our two-week road trip and if we come back to the Cotswolds we will try to book the cottage again.

Beautiful Cotswold Cottage

We enjoyed a very comforable stay at Pear Tree Cottage in the quiet, pretty little village of Cherington. The rooms are a generous size and the house is well equipped and warm. The walking in this part of the Cotswolds is beautiful, with lovely views. Heartily recommended!

Last minute booking and amazingly central location and comfy Cotswold cottage

Booked last minute as was let down by another holiday company, so found Stay Cotwold so helpful and accommodating. Friendly welcome from Property Manager on arrival and everything explained thoroughly. Great central location for Tetbury and Cotswolds generally. Good sized cottage with most amenities and well thought out and quiet and comfy cottage in beautiful village,. Would happily stay again.

Lovely Cottage

Pear Tree Cottage is comfy and cozy and we enjoyed our short break. Unfortunately the weather was dreadful so we couldn’t make the most of the garden but it looked lovely. The area is quiet but near to many places. We’d happily go back to the cottage and hope for better weather!

Cute cottage

We spent a full week at Pear Tree Cottage and absolutely loved every aspect of our stay: the beautiful location, the cozy house, and the comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a proper meal, but don’t forget to explore the wonderful restaurants recommended in the guidebook provided in the cottage. There is a spacious garden too. One small observation: I prefer my accommodations to be very clean, and I believe there is some room for improvement in this area. Overall, though, our experience was very positive, and we would happily recommend Pear Tree Cottage to others. We hope to be back sometime.

A gorgeous Cotswold cottage

Pear Tree Cottage is a lovely little home in a beautiful, but small and peaceful Cotswold village. It’s well-equipped and well-setup for self-catering holidays, furnished very tastefully and is very comfortable to live in. It’s a perfect choice for a quiet weekend in the countryside, or for a longer relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, although the wifi is excellent for those who still need connectivity with the outside world. The garden is pretty and deceptively long, with choices for where to sit outside. All in all, a gorgeous cottage in a very special part of the country.

Great Stay - Friendly Host

Excellent stay. Kevin the host is very friendly and very quick to respond. Many amenities. Perfect location. Massive garden (extends even further than shown in the photos). Would definitely recommend and return. Only minor improvement suggestion is the cleaning was very good in the visible areas but behind the couch or beside tables it could be improved, but overall it was clean.
