Unit Features:
The unit features a queen-sized bed, providing a comfortable space for a good night's rest.
The full bathroom is equipped with a tiled shower.

Winter Season Reservations: Reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. A maximum of 2 cars is allowed per reservation.
Linens are provided; however, guests should bring their own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, such as hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo identification is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
