The complex, on East Beach Blvd, is walking distance to many of the attractions and events, including the state park fishing pier. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. Unit 315 is possibly the nicest 1BR in the Grand Beach complex and features unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, fully equipped kitchen, convenient location to downtown and the state park fishing pier, outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling area, wireless internet access, washer and dryer and cable TV.
