The villa 'DIONI' (in Greek mythology, she is the mother of Aphrodite)!!, was created with a lot of care.
It is situated on a beautiful spot overlooking the Pagasitikos bay,with non disruption of the view.
One can reach the square of the village on foot through a pathway in 10' and by car in 2'.
The house itself of 76m2 has upstairs two bedrooms.One with a double bed and on suite bathroom.The second room has two single beds +bathroom.The single beds's mattresses and linen are of great quality.All come from the famous COCO mat company.
On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace,open kitchen with all necessary equipment and a small W.C. that can be used for a quick shower,if a fifth person occupies one of the couches in the living room.
Outside, there are three different spaces,where one can rest, play,enjoy the view.For young children there is a cooling swimming pool (3,00X3,00X0,70 m).
The veranda with a garden is 150 m² approx. looking on the bay. The house has a covered parking area .
In the summer period, our guests will also find equipment for the beach. ( 1 umbrella,2 sea mattresses,2 beach mats and 2 beach seats)
It is a unique place for those who like quiet and relaxing vacations .

Kaiki (boat) day excursion from Kala Nera to Trikeri
In Pilion you can board the famous old Pilion Train and enjoy a ride of unique beauty. This railway line was constructed in 1895 by the father of the famous painter Giorgio de Chirico.
Its location is such (looking south) ,that you can reach easily the beaches of Pagasitikos Gulf (RIVERA BEACH etc) and the most lovely beaches of Greece ,in the Aegean sea. Beaches of Lambinou, Milopotamos, Fakistra, Xinovrisi (or Potistika) Agioi Saranda and more. In addition, one can enjoy all seasons in this house, observe the beautiful colors of autumn, or the refreshing blooms of spring. Summer is ideal to sit out and have your breakfast or dinner, while in winter you can stay warm and cosy in front of the fireplace, baking chestnuts and reading a book.
In 5 min walking you can reach the square of the village and the restaurants.
In 15 min walking you can reach the wonderful chestnut forest.
What more one can ask but to be so close to nature while enjoying vast panoramic views of the mountains and Pagasiticos bay.
You can visit also the monasteries of Meteora .

EXPLORING THE WOODS NEARBY Horse riding, having a guide with you,and explore the woods 15 min from the house by foot. (upon request) .
Also, if you are interested to walk with your friends, there is a wonderful network of stone donkey paths dating back hundreds of years known as 'KALDERIMI'.For more information , visit the site www.pilionwalks.com
AND FOR THE CHILDREN :
You can reach the woods with the children in 10 min by foot ,where they can play and pick all kind of flowers (Pelion has about 2500 different kinds of plants to be found.Near the wood, there is also a farm and a taverna with small ponies for horse riding (Paliovigla is the name of the place).
When you come back to the house from the beach, the children can continue their water games in a small plastic pool out in the garden.
