As described and a convenient location with Bolivar Metro stop very close by. Spacious rooms, nice balcony, clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with property manager was prompt and attentive. Would stay again in Milan.

House was very comfortable for our group of 7 - 5 adults and two teens. Enough toiletries and towels were provided. Kitchen js well stocked with pots pans plates etc. Location is great with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and transportation close by.

My family enjoyed our brief stay in the apartment. The owner was very respomsive and provided a book that answered all of our questions and gave some great restaurant options. The apartment was very clean.

Great stay

Great apartment. Good, quiet location. Very secure. Easy ride on the nearby #14 tram to Duomo and other key tourist sites. Management was super-communicative from start to check-out and beyond. Definitely would stay here again.

Spacious accommodation in Milan

Located in a quiet residential area, we found a spacious and clean apartment that could accommodate our party of 6 adults. The apartment allowed us to relax after long days exploring the city. Located within a short walking distance to several cafes and restaurants, as well as the metro line that runs directly to the Duomo and shopping area or the Navigli District. The hosts were very responsive and we would absolutely stay at this accommodation again.

Wonderful stay in Milan

The apartment was located in a great neighborhood and was so spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, their balconies, a big living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but also has several restaurants within a one block walk. Supermarkets are also close by. Communication with the host was fantastic. She answered my questions promptly and is very friendly. Overall a terrific place to stay.

Wonderful apartment

We were staying in Milan for a few days and lucked out with this great apartment. Super nice, well appointed and very comfortable. It’s not n Solari neighborhood—friendly, good restaurants. Need to walk 35 min or take transport (a lot nearby) to get to center of Milan. Short walk to Navigli which is also full of restaurants and cafes. Hosts were wonderful and communicated well. I would stay here again!

This whole process started off with extremely poor communication, violation of personal privacy and complete absence of customer service. I will never rent this property again as well as not recommend any one does for the following reasons:The host has zero regard for privacy of people information. In all my previous experiences, verification of information is done at the point of check in. We were forced to post our international documents with our faces on it online for this host at the last minute that it was impossible for us to cancel.There was no human assistance or walk through of the property from check in to check out. We had to figure things out. All the host cared about was laundry lists of don’t at every corner of the property. The warning were so every where that I became concerned to the point of talking inventory of things in the apartment, low and behold, there was a broken chair which I took a picture and sent to the host.The host is very rude, defensive and lacks respect and has no understanding of the fact that people that rent her apartment are her customers and therefore deserve to be treated with respect.The apartment itself is just okay, furnishings to there standards are okay. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone and will never rent this property ever again because of the host nasty unruly behavior.None the less we enjoyed our stay in Milan.

We would like to clarify that the identification procedure, the payment of the tourist tax (a legal requirement), and the check-in procedure via link were communicated several times before your arrival via chat, as well as being clearly indicated in the listing, in booking messages, and in the signed rental agreement. Nonetheless, understanding your difficulty, we did our best to assist you by phone throughout the arrival process and remained available throughout your stay, despite your uncooperative attitude. Many of your concerns related to the information and the internal regulations, to which, unfortunately, you paid little attention. We are delighted that your stay in Milan was pleasant, and we remain committed to providing clear communication, compliance with local regulations, and a positive experience for our guests.

Wonderful weekend in Milan

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this Apartment in Milan. The layout is really practical and great for a group of friends. We loved the style of the decor. It’s located in a really safe and quiet building. Good air con which was essential for the heat this July. Brilliant to have two bathrooms. Only small negative was both the showers heads struggled to stay up in perfect position. Overall great stay and would recommend. Thanks so much ☺️

Very clean. One floor below top floor (5/6). During entire stay there was hammering going on upstairs from 9-5. Wanted to adjust to jet lag but sleep not possible. Also, for those who actually want to cook, kitchen had 1 dish towel, no potholders, no mixing bowls, no measuring cups or spoons, no ice cube trays - very difficult to do more than make toast and boil water. Plusses were: elevator, washer, drying racks, fridge, stove and dishwasher. A/c units in each room were nice, although operating instructions would have helped. Tax and extra bed charge for 2 people sleeping in 2 beds not clearly mentioned in VrBo listing, but should have been disclosed prior to booking.

we are sorry that some aspects did not meet your expectations. Your review came as a bit of a surprise, since when we checked in with you during your stay you confirmed that everything was going well. As for the construction works in the building, these were extraordinary interventions beyond our control, and we apologize if they caused any inconvenience. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, tableware and utensils sufficient for normal cooking during a holiday stay; more specialized items (such as measuring cups or ice trays) are not provided, as the equipment is intended for everyday use rather than elaborate preparations. Regarding the extra bed, the supplement is clearly indicated in the house rules listed in the property description. We are sorry if this detail was overlooked and that it may have been perceived as a lack of transparency, which is never the case in the way we operate. We are nevertheless pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness, the appliances, the air conditioning and the other comforts of the apartment. We hope that overall your stay in Milan was a positive one, and we thank you for choosing our property.

Huge space to recover from the crazy city centre

A bright, airy, absolutely enormous apartment tucked away in a quiet apartment building away from the madness of central Milan, but steps away from the #14 tram to take you to the action. This was a beautiful space and very comfortable, with two large bedrooms and one small bedroom that can be combined with one of the larger ones—perfect for a kid. The air conditioning units kept the place very cool even in 36º weather. There are plenty of restaurants, and because you're not in the city centre, they're not chock full of tourists behaving poorly. There is an Esselunga (huge, huge grocery store) 5-10 minutes' walk away, and of course bakeries and caffès and everything else you need. Our communication with Sveva was amazing, always answered very very quickly, and the information we needed including the WiFi was right on the table as we walked in.

Beautiful home in a great location. Host was responsive and air conditioning worked great. We would stay here again.The host was exceedingly accommodating with us as my flight was delayed out of Dallas and my family was on time out of San Diego. I was able to coordinate and work with everyone whileI was flying and trying to get my family in.

Great and Quiet Location

We loved this beautiful and spacious home with two bedrooms and two baths. Although I did not meet Sveva, she was very attentive to our needs. Ludovica, who we met during our check-in process, is a lovely lady that was always available to any questions that we might have. I can't say enough about all her help. This apartment is in a gated and very quiet neighborhood. It is an older home that was built with materials that would last a very long time. It has a lanai off every french door. It also has everything that you would need; i.e., well stocked kitchen with more than one set of dishes, lots of espresso/cappuccino cups, pots and pans, napkins (which you usually never find in other apartments/homes on VRBO). I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
