Just 150 meters from the North Sea, you will find this centrally located and tastefully decorated 80 m2 vacation apartment on the first floor in Søndervig, which was newly renovated in 2022. The details in the apartment have been carefully considered and the colors are beautifully coordinated, creating a wonderful sense of calm in which to immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape outside. The light is fantastic. There is an air-to-air heat pump to save energy. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and induction hobs, among other things. There is plenty of space around the dining table in the kitchen/living room. Separate living room with flat screen TV with Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish channels. From the living room, there are windows and patio doors leading out to a large, covered south-facing balcony, so you can also move outside and enjoy the fresh air, the beautiful landscape, and listen to the North Sea. Here you are undisturbed and have a view of large rosehip bushes that shield you from the wind. The balcony has a café set, lounge furniture, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy your vacation days outdoors to the sound of the North Sea. The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and a loft with a double bed where you can stand upright. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that is best suited for children. In addition, there is a small bathroom and an entrance hall. The apartment is part of the Danland holiday center, and you have free access to the water park, a large activity room with table tennis, billiards, and PlayStation, a laundromat, and an outdoor playground. Just a few minutes' walk takes you to the center of Søndervig, and the fantastic beach is only about 150 meters from the apartment. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
