Well-kept holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located on a large plot at the end of a cul-de-sac. Functional kitchen in open connection to the living room. Both kitchen and living room has tile floors with underfloor heating. The bathroom has also underfloor heating. There is an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Baby cot, 4 bedrooms of which one is suited best for children with a small table and TV with DVD player (not possible to receive regular TV channels on this TV). Large, partly covered terrace and also a carport with tiles which you can also use as a terrace. Large lawn with swing, see-saw, sandpit and furthermore a small playroom adjacent to the shed. There is a fenced fireplace on the lawn. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
