The ski bus stops 100 metres from the house and takes you to the nearby ski resorts of Sölden and Obergurgl. There’s a cross-country ski trail right on your doorstep. There are also beautiful walking trails in the immediate vicinity, and the Längenfeld thermal spa is practically on your doorstep. In the Ötztal valley, you’ll find plenty of other activities such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria’s largest leisure park, the popular Area 47.
