Lake Forest Condominiums sit in a quiet part of Frisco, over-looking Lake Dillon and Peak One yet within a mile of Walmart, Safeway, Whole Food, Natural Grocer and Starbucks Coffee. You are right in the middle of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Frisco Bay Marina, and Dillon Marina. The views of Lake Dillon and Peak One are absolutely amazing!!

Unit 304F is a 2 BEDROOM PLUS LOFT and features private laundry facilities, a gas fireplace, broadband WIFI and a fully equipped modern kitchen with french door refrigerator, modern range oven, dish washer, extended granite counter tops, updated cabinetry, and contemporary faucets throughout. The living room, master bedroom and second bedroom feature large flat screen HDTVs. Bedding in this condo goes King bed in the master, 2 Full sized beds in the second bedroom and Queen bed in the loft. There are additional 2 Twin air mattresses for the living area. It has a private garage plus ample visitors parking. You also have access to 3 common hot tubs, 5 Gas BBQ Grills and the Summit County Bike Path.

Awesome place for a ski trip

Enjoyed everything about the location. Great spot for a great price. Just make sure that everything is there as far as toiletries items and washing materials.

Father Son Ski Trip

Rented this place for 2 dads and 2 sons. Great place. Hot Tub was great after skiing all day. Was perfect for us.

Family winter stay

Overall stay was good. The place has plenty of room for a family. The complex was quiet and spa area very clean. The condo itself needs some maintenance and deep cleaning. Oven smokes needs a cleaning. Washer and dryer inside was a plus. Kitchen equipped with the necessities.

Excellent property

The only problem was the stairs 🙄 we get so tired claiming them we're from Florida so maybe was the attitude change 🤔 but other then that everything was super nice and clean

pros and cons

location was great. the kitchen was great. the bedrooms, baths, carpet and decor were subpar. i wouldnt stay here again at that price unless the condo was updated. the door on the bathrooms wont lock properly and the upstairs bathroom door will lock you inside. this is a safety hazard .

View is amazing

The view from this property is amazing and very close to the lake. But it backs right up to I-70 which is busy all day and night with traffic and is extremely loud! It somewhat ruined being able to sit outside on the deck and trying to keep any windows open at night because all you hear is traffic! I had to go buy a fan to run at night to try and drown out the traffic noise so we could sleep! The description of the property says nothing about the traffic being so loud! The interior is decent, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed everything but the traffic noise.

Hi Roy, Thanks for the review. We're glad you liked the place and sorry about the traffic noise. Kind of surprised by the 3 star review since we don't hear many comments from the guests that have stayed there about traffic noise in general, perhaps you're more of a "sensitive" individual. To anyone reading this, it's a very nice place, the views are amazing and the map accurately reflects it's location. There is a fan in the property already and we can bring over some loaners if anyone needs them. For the price, it's hard to beat everything it has to offer. Thanks, John Forest Bighorn Rentals

We enjoyed the condo. They had lots of dishes and pans which is nice. Ample bedding. We love the mountains and the views.

This unit was perfect for Paddleboarding just across the road to lake Dillon.

This is a very comfortable unit. We were able to inflate our paddle boards at the beginning of the trip, walk across the road to the lake carrying our paddle boards and keep them inflated (storing them in the unit’s garage).. excellent location, close to everything. We will be back.

Great layout and plenty of sleeping options!!

Just stayed three nights here and it is a nice unit with lots of room, plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff to cook and eat here vs. going out to eat every meal. The garage is small and I could not fit my truck in it... but parking was not a problem and we just used the garage for our skis and boots...etc. My only issues are the lack of dressers, hangers, and the couch is a weird uncomfortable shape. Literally the most awkward shaped and uncomfortable for multiple people to sit around and relax on. The location was great for us and I would stay again, if they upgrade the furniture a little. A couple of love seats and a recliner would be great..

Great location and ammenities!

Loved the space this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo offered our two families. Lots of plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery too! Conveniently located for our ski getaway!
