A quaint and cozy vacation is awaiting your arrival. When you stay in this home you can look forward to amazing amenities, from a wood-burning fireplace to an updated, cozy living and cooking space, perfect for family or friend gatherings.

Location, location, location! This home is located less than 0.3 miles from bars, restaurants and shops on Frisco’s lively Main Street, 0.2 miles to a free Summit County bus stop, 15 minutes to some of the greatest slopes in the world—Breckenridge, Copper Mountain—and 25 minutes to even more—Vail, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. The location is also within minutes of Frisco’s Nordic Center. In the summer, enjoy Lake Dillon just 1 mile away, and endless biking/jogging/hiking trails outside the front door, 18 world-class golf courses within 30 minutes and Frisco’s Farmer’s Market.

The living area of this bright, corner unit is thoroughly relaxing, with a plush sectional sofabed offering places to snuggle and unwind in front of the wood-burning fireplace. The flatscreen TV is equipped with cable and the large porch, just off the front living area, is great for a cocktail on sunny days or lunch with views of Buffalo Mountain.

Dine either in the living room or around the island of the intimate kitchen with its granite countertops and updated appliances including a range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with everything an 8-person gathering would call for. A bathroom can be found immediately off the kitchen, which is equipped with a second shower.

Upstairs, this home has two bedrooms and a full bathroom including an oversized master bedroom with a king bed and closet. The second bedroom has a king bed and large closet.

WiFi and cable come included in the rental price. A washer and dryer is located just below the unit, and is coin operated. One parking spot just feet from the front door is also included in the rental price, and plenty of nearby parking within a short walk is also available for use.

The owners will provide a list of activities and recommended restaurants in the area.

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this vrbo. My husband, son and I skied Copper Mountain, which was only 5 miles away. The place was clean and bright - many windows. Also quiet as a few blocks back from the main street of Frisco, but close enough to walk to restaurants and the interesting museum. Another nice feature is the condo has two floors so there's no "other" rental people making noise above or below. Only one wall is shared with another rental. In addition, the beds were very comfortable - even the sleeper sofa! We would definitely stay here again. : )

Great place for ski trip

I stayed at the property during the second week of February, 2022. The condo was immaculately clean and furnished as expected. I was there with a friend of mine for a guys ski trip. We found the 2 bedroom condo to be an excellent value in a very convenient location. While the property is not huge or ultra-luxurious, it was very nice and when I next look to ski in the Summit County area again, I will not hesitate to stay at this property again if it is available. Also, the owner (Cathy) was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Amazing stay but slight issue with the water heater

Even better than we expected!

This is a very nice property located in the perfect spot in Frisco. We were able to walk to the main street if we wanted, for dinner, drinks or to just wander around. It is also right off the interstate there, but it's so quiet you'd never know! Made it the perfect location for us to jump on to drive to Dillon, Silverthorne, etc. The condo is nicely furnished, and had a coffeemaker and coffee (which is a bonus!), along with a full kitchen and things such as oils and spices, making it convenient to cook if you wanted to. Beds were comfy, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us in the cabin. Bathrooms are small but the showers are excellent in both of them. No AC, but we didn't need it. We opened windows and the breezes were enough to keep the house comfortable. It has a nice little deck on it with a charcoal grill. We sat on the deck and had drinks every night we were there. In short, if we are ever in the Frisco area again, we'd stay here again. Catherine was prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place and location!

We loved this property. We were only there a couple of days but the condo had everything we needed. Close to downtown but far enough away to be completely quiet and peaceful.

Good 'home' base

We enjoyed our stay. Skiing at Copper, so definitely a convenient location. The only drawbacks-- the bathrooms are clean, but they aren't deep clean as in, the walls are a bit of a mess and the bathrooms aren't updated, so if you want new and modern, this isn't the place for you. The other drawback is that there is not a lot of room to sit down as a family and relax, so if there are 4 of you, someone is sitting on the floor or sitting on a bar stool. We were only there 3 days, so this wasn't a big deal to us, but if we were there longer or there was 1 more person, it may be a bit crowded. All in all a nice place and we are grateful the owners 'took us in!'.

Not as Advertised

First, do not be mislead by the photo of the property. It is nothing like that in person. None of the furniture pictured is not in the unit. The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired; I wiped cooking splatters off of the countertop, white animal hair covered the rug in the main living area and the downstairs shower floor was dirty. Overall the unit is not up-to-date (as represented) and it is very tired and need of some TLC. We would've moved to another location and requested a refund, but we could not readily find an alternative. I am sorry, but we will not be returning.

Frisco Find

Thank you Catherine for recommending Frisco instead of staying at Copper. We took advantage of more restaurants and retail (Wal-Mart and Safeway too!) being in Frisco. And a quick drive to Breck. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We took advantage of the wood-burning fireplace. Super minor suggestion - add a coat rack for winter/skiing guests. Loved that condo was stocked with plenty of paper towels, tp, garbage bags, etc. We'd love to come back.

Great location and place!

Everything about the condo was great. The location was within 15 minutes of Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Owners were a joy to work with and were very professional. We even got to experience a moose in the parking lot! We will be returning!

Good Value and Good Location

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine’s property! Communications prior to arrival were good and once we arrived she was responsive to a few questions we had. Getting in and out of the property was a snap due to the keypad entry. Once there, the property was clean and well supplied dishes and cookware, as well as a lot of staple items like cooking oil, PAM spray, various seasonings, coffee and filters, body wash + shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, etc. Overall it is in a convenient location in Frisco, very close to I-70 with an easy drive to Breck, Keystone, and A-Basin. Frisco itself is a cute little town with some good food/drink options and small shops, as well as some of the normal national shops like Safeway, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. The property is a 2 bed, 2 bath, and beds/pillows/linens were comfy. There is a single couch as well as barstools in the kitchen/living room, so if you have a large group and plan on hanging out in the condo, some folks will be in the barstools. Compared to other properties I thought this was a good value and I would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Great place within easy walking distance of town and shuttle bus stop. It was well stocked with coffee, seasonings, TP, and other amenities. Parking was right by the deck. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The only thing we didn’t find was the guest book, which we were supposed to write in! We would have written great things. Thanks for making our stay a good one!

Great location

Great location for access to hike and bike trails and walking to the charming town of Frisco with it's coffee shops, stores and restaurants. Quiet location with easy access to I70. Condo was small, however, it had plenty of room for the two of us. It was clean and well stocked with coffee, spices, olive oil, paper goods and cleaning supplies. We would have preferred the more comfortable bar stools with backs and cushions as shown in the picture instead of the ones that were there. We also would have preferred a gas grill instead of the charcoal grill which would have been a pain to use for the 6 weeks we stayed. Knowing the grill was charcoal we brought our own gas grill which took up unnecessary room in our vehicle.

Excellent Place, excellent location

This was our first time staying in Frisco and loved the proximity of all the great places we enjoy visiting: Breckenridge, Silverthorne, and Copper mountain. The place was absolutely fantastic, it had everything you could need. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and neat

This is as advertised. Rooms are tight. The unit is convenient to town. We enjoyed Frisco and would stay here again. the commute to Breckenridge was easy even after a foot of snow. The commute to Vail was longer but not too bad.

Cute, cozy cabin!

This property is in a great location near downtown frisco. The owner was super responsive with a minor thing that came up. The cabin was fully equipped and clean. We were so impressed! It's definitely a small place, but our group was pretty tight knit so that wasn't an issue for us. Only suggestion would be to have a card table and chairs up there for guest use bc seating at meals is limited. We brought our own up for card games we played and I'm really glad we had it. Awesome place overall-- I highly recommend.
