Less than 5 miles to the #1 Beach—Siesta Beach! This newly remodeled 3 bed/2 bath private residence sleeps up to 6. Located in the Gulf Gate area, this is the prime spot for your vacation!
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen Bed, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twins, perfect for a family. The guest bath is separate and includes a tub/shower combo.
The dining area features a table for 6. Wireless Internet is provided throughout the house. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware and glassware.
After a day at the beach and exploring, come home to relax in your fenced private pool. Centrally located, with shopping at Sarasota Square Mall or Gulf Gate nearby, as well as casual to fine dining just a short drive away.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We did our first long term seasonal rental here. I really enjoyed walking my dogs through the Gulf Gate Estates area. Never realized that so many good restaurants and nightlife was available back in this area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked.

Great location

The property is close to the beach (15 min drive ) . Walking distance to several great restaurants like the Schnitzel kitchen, Shaners, and monks We had a few problems upon arrival but the property manager was very responsive .The house can use some updating . Overall a great stay for us

We love this rental. It wasn't too far from restaurants, it was spacious and in a good neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Made a lot of good memories here with my mom and my sister. Of course there's nothing like a girls trip! Thanks again! Beth Casteel

Fabulous

The home was clean and lovely. Easy access. Great tv and cable. Walking around neighborhood perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. The outdoor grill, deck and porch were very peaceful. It would have been nice to have lounge chairs that were in good, safe condition to sit in and we wished the pool was heated, but overall an amazing experience and wonderful vacation. Yes, we would highly recommend this home.

Short drive to the beach

This house was lovely and VERY SPACIOUS so it’s great if you’re traveling with a larger group. The pool is a good size and refreshing. You’re located just blocks away from shops, eateries, and two larger grocery stores. Only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key beach which is exactly why we traveled here!! We did encounter a minor setback BUT the host was understanding and she was quick to respond to resolve any issues and she’s very kind!! I travel to this area a few times a year and I would gladly return to stay at this property as well as recommend to friends and family!

Absolutely wonderful - everything I had dreamed it would be

The house was wonderful, but it was the backyard pool that set this apart. The pool just “invited” me in every day. It was clean and refreshing, somewhere around 80 to 85 degrees. The house was in a cute neighborhood with easy access to Tamiami Trail. Local stores and restaurants were great. We even tried some new ones. Plenty of room in the house for four adults without feeling like you were on top of each other. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had. I will be going back again. Great memories of a splendid vacation.

Gulf gate rental

I assumed pool would be heated after paying 12,000 for 27 days but it wasn’t. That’s what was disappointing. Also the living room furniture was not very good. I don’t mean to be disrespectful I’m just giving my opinion. Obviously I’m not very good at booking.

Okay

Location and pool were great but the mosquitoes were bad every night. The bathrooms need updated a lot of leaks bad flushing toilet and no water pressure. And duct tape on microwave door handle and missing remote to TV and no tvs in bedrooms a lot of easy cheap fixes and it would of been a lot better experience

The house was located two miles from the beach and within walking distance of many diverse restaurants and shops. It was a wonderful walking neighborhood.

Memorable Stay

My friends and I have rented from this property owner multiple times. This home could use a little TLC but it didn’t stop us from having fun ! Trash was left from previous renters but owner took care of it very quickly . If you are looking for a quiet home that is close to the beach this is it . Thank you Larisa for a memorable stay once again .

Did not meet expectation

First when we rented this property it was advertised as pool being 82-86 degrees, that posting was taken down after we rented. It wasn’t a heated pool as expected and we weren’t notified that posting was in error. Pool area was also not as pictured, canopy area contained moldy filthy white leather sofa. Pool area not very clean, old screens, pool filters discarded. Though pool water was clean and clear. Trash cans full, switch day is Sat and trash is Wed so people leaving fill up trash cans. House was ok and clean, needs updating though especially old couch in living room. Needs TLC. Agent was attentive but not effective. We didn’t share the experience of other positive reviews.

Nice family place

This place is nice for a family and their pets. Nice size and has good kitchen for cooking and nice table for eating. Nice beach items. Pool nice if hot weather. No heater which was needed in Feb. Fence around back yard needs repair lots of make shift items holding it up, plus yard had all kinds of metal pieces we found. Like bolts and screws laying in grass. Need to store pool toys somewhere. Looks trashy out. White couch outside was not for outdoor use. It had black mildew on it and we had to wash it down before using. Needs lights in the bedroom ceilings and fans. Fans would cut down on AC use. Plus screens on windows would be nice to cut down on AC use. Several just piled in corner in back yard. Garage door did not work and manager tried her best to get it fixed. Plus plumbing needs redone in garage. Used PVC pipes for outgoing source of water. That is not code. Should be copper. Showers had no pressure at all but guess that is all of Florida code to reduce water usage! Manager was very helpful and very fast to respond. She did her job and had resources fast. House just needs attention by owner. Needs a front yard landscape job. Trim the shrubs and mulch and shape up the front for more curb appeal. Also move trash can to back in an enclosed place to improve curb appeal.

Great Place

The house was amazing! And we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing I suggest is getting different beds. The beds were very uncomfortable. Hard as bricks. But everything else was amazing.
