Newly renovated to a high standard, Avalon is ideal for those wishing to explore South Devon and Torbay. On foot, the fishing port of Brixham is only a mile away or take the regular bus right into the heart of the centre. This classic English seaside town has an array of pastel coloured fisherman's cottages and narrow winding cobbled streets that lead down to the bustling harbourside and fully operational fish port. Whether you are content to sample a Devon cream tea in the sunshine or you are keen to go and explore, Brixham just the right balance from escaping from it all yet being within easy reach of some fantastic family days out. This two bedroom bungalow offers the most comfortable stay for up to four guests and has a newly fitted integrated kitchen, solid oak furniture throughout and a spacious living/dining room area. There is a family shower room and a separate wc and sink which serve both bedrooms. All that's required now is to unpack, unwind and enjoy your stay!
Kitchen and Utilities:  Electric induction hob, Electrolux grill and oven, Zanussi fridge freezer, Zanussi washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Entertainment:  Sony '' TV with full definition Blue Ray 3D playback to use with Skype and wifi certified. DVD/Blue ray disk player.
Outside:   Front garden with shrubs, walled rear garden with feature flower beds, table and chairs, coal bbq (please provide your own coal) 
Parking:  Parking on driveway for one car with an area free to park a small rib or dinghy. Additional kerbside parking for any extra vehicles
General:  WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby Equipment is provided. No Smoking. Regrettably no Pets. Mobile Phone signal is strong. 
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
