A Londoner who discovered Southsea during a work trip in 2003 and decided to make the move and have not regretted it for a moment. I love to cook and host grand dinner parties so a natural move was to host holiday homes and welcome visitors to the place I now proudly call home. Having travelled extensively from back packing to 5 star I can appreciate the value of having a guiding hand to make the most of every experience and hope to be there for each one of my guests with the hope you'll fall in love with Southsea too.

This stunning apartment has 3 double rooms. 1 with an En- suite and 2 which split into 2 single beds to allow maximum flexibility for your group. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area was designed with my favorite pastime in mind, dinner parties and family get togethers. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fan oven, induction hob, dish washer, washing machine and fridge. The breakfast bar seats up to 6 with an additional high chair for our younger visitors. The seating area comfortably seats up to 6 guests, smart TV and with the capacity to accommodate games consoles etc. The main bathroom has bath with over head shower, a toilet, double sink unit and towel rail. The ensuite in the super king room has a walk in shower, sink & toilet. The master bedroom with its superking bed (which can be split into 2 large single beds) has a good size wardrobe and bedside storage too. The kingsize bedroom has a smaller wardrobe and tall chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double room has shelving and a small hanging area. Private off road parking a sought after amenity so close to the beach. Make the most of your space to venture to Chichester, Brighton, Stone Henge or just to do the shopping. The courtyard area with seating is an ideal place to sit back and have that morning coffee. This great apartment is Ideally located for the beach, great beach cafes and restaurants and the many tourist attractions such as the Historic Dockyard, the Mary Rose experience the D-day museum, Southsea Castle and the Spinnaker Tower. After doing all that you'll need somewhere to sit back and relax and maybe have a little retail therapy at Gunwharf Quays superior designer outlet. With a long list of great restaurants and bars you'll be spoilt for choice but always remeber to book in high season if you'd like a table with a view. Overall this is a great apartment to have a short or long stay I look forward to welcoming you.
