Enjoy our beautiful 4-bedroom home located in the Paramount subdivision of Meridian, in the heart of the Treasure Valley & less than 30 minutes to Boise, Eagle, and Nampa. This spacious house has a master suite with a king bed & master bath w/ soaking tub, and large walk-in shower plus 3 more bedrooms ( 2 w/ queen beds and the other 2 twin beds) plus 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom & bath are on the main level. The others are upstairs.

The main floor great room has hardwood floors with area rugs, living & dining areas, and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, & a French door refrigerator. The kitchen is completely outfitted with large assortment of serving & cooking utensils, including a Kitchen Aid mixer and a new electric juicer.

For entertainment we supply a 65" flat-screen TV, 150+ Sling entertainment package, Blu-Ray DVD player, internet, and Wi-Fi. And for the kids....a secret playroom is hidden under the stairs. It has light a table & 2 chairs, and a big tubs of Duplo blocks! Our "grandkids" love playing there!

Located in Paramount, an upscale subdivision, this prestigious community boasts 4 community pools (open at least from Memorial Day to Labor Day), a fitness center, open recreation areas, and is close to shopping. We have a large fenced backyard, a covered patio sitting area with wicker chairs & settee, a gas grill, and a patio set for outside dining. Large attached 2-car garage will accommodate almost any passenger vehicle or pickup truck.

You are only minutes to Costco, Fred Meyers, Winco, Walmart, Sonic, and Dutch Bros. Coffee, and the newest and finest mall in Idaho, The Village in Meridian. Within 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours, you have world class biking, mountain biking and hiking, whitewater rafting, & snow skiing. You name it, and we probably have it.

Wonderful!

The owners were great and easy to communicate with! The home was clean and in a great location. Our boys loved the playroom and toys under the stairs. Appreciated them sharing this beautiful home with us.

Wedding Week

This house was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Meridian. The owners called me after seeing my worry in an email about renting the house since another Vrbo owner dumped my 8 month reservation a week before our arrival. Dave was very helpful and generous in letting us enter the house early. The house is beautiful as shown, quite, and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking through the lovely neighborhood and could decompress by the fireplace after a long day. With family members staying with us, the accommodations met everyone’s privacy and comfort needs as well. Thanks Dave for sharing your home....it was an important piece to all of the wedding celebration activities. Cheryl

Lovely and spacious home!

This house was a great place for our 4 day weekend. It was so clean and was the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. It’s only 4 minutes from the Meridian LDS temple and a short drive to Eagle. Dave was so nice and easy to work with. He responded to all of my questions very quickly. There is a nice backyard and patio for warm weather days. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay in Meridian

Upon arriving in the driveway, we knew it would feel as if we were at home. This home was immaculate and had all the comforts one needs when traveling. From the beautiful backyard to the comfortable living area, everything about our stay was perfect. We were treated to a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again with Dave and Kathy. Looking forward to next year's Family Weekend, go Broncos!

Great Meredian Home

We rented this home for a wedding. David was so accommodating replying quickly to me several inquiries before ever arriving. Once we were there we had no reason to text him everything was perfect. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, actually walking distance to grocery and shops. Highly recommend

Terrific home in quiet neighborhood

This home was perfect for the size of our crew - 5 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean, easy entry situation, bedrooms were separated from the main living area so the kids could turn in early and not be bothered by us, the owner was very responsive and great to work with. This was the best home-away property that we have been to so far. 5 stars!

What a great stay!!!

Perfect for our large family!!

This house was perfect for our family of eight. We all had space to ourselves but also some good common areas to gather. Location was great for the attractions we visited. The owners were fantastic with their communication, attention to detail and prompt replies when I had a couple questions. We would recommend this property to anybody and if we ever return to the area we could totally see ourselves staying there again. Thanks so much for contributing to our great vacation!!

Family work trip

This was our first experience with vrbo. My husband, mom, and 3 children (one of them being 3 months) stayed at this residence and it was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and large enough for all of us. Having a washer/dryer, laundry and kitchen was perfect. We also enjoyed the back yard, where my family played nightly. We didn’t want to leave and I never want to stay at a hotel again. The property manager, Dave, was very accommodating and easy to reach. The neighborhood was amazing and made us want to live in something similar. I cannot say enough good things about it. We feel lucky to have been able to rent this house.

Best Ever

We wanted a place where four couples age +/- sixty could get together for a reunion. This was perfect. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and seem to invite you in to relax awhile. The kitchen area is large enough that we comfortably accommodated eight adults preparing meals and cleaning up afterward. We easily found all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed, along with a supply of basic spices and condiments in the pantry and fridge. The great room area is perfect for both visiting or watching TV. The outdoor BBQ was an unexpected perk. The back yard is private and the landscaping is elegant. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. All of us were completely satisfied and would consider staying here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was the perfect place for us and we recommend it to others without hesitation..

Best Stocked BNB ever!

Dave was very easy to contact, making sure we got into the house with no issues, the house is very clean and well decorated, stoked with everything you could imagine, all the extras were thought of. this was our 2nd time staying in Dave's home, were not disappointed. Thanks Dave.

Amazing

The house was beautiful and clean. Detailed explanation of the house, it’s amenities, and expectations were clearly laid out. The owners of the house were extremely helpful and genuinely cared about us having a wonderful time in Boise. They gave excellent advise for places to visit with my 2 kids. This was truly the best travel experience I have ever had.

This house is a gem!

This house in Meridian was spotless and it is obvious a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and cozy. We came back to the house after being gone all day to change and ended up cuddled on the couch watching TV instead of going out to dinner! It is in a beautiful area, ideally located to destinations in Meridian and Boise. Dave was very responsive both by phone and email.

Clean and great host

The host put a lot into the details, lots of towels, spices, little kids playroom, soap, qtips... lots of details that helped us enjoy our stay. We had some trouble with the AC and the owner got a tech out right away, we had a couple other small issues but they were quickly and kindly resolved. It's a beautiful place and we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay for a family

What an amazing experience we had at Dave's property! We were in town for a graduation and were able to have our son, my parents, and my husband's parents all stay together. There are several rooms and bathrooms, and enough space for everyone. We loved the setup, the cleanliness, and the backyard. There was also a neat little area for my son and he was able to play with a multitude of toys. Our parents commented on how lovely the property was and how perfect for our family. I highly recommend!

Great home to stay at

Dave was fantastic to work with. He went over and above any VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. The home is beautiful inside and out. Very relaxing environment in a perfect location. perfect family home!

This property caught my eye when I looked over the photos but that was only the beginning of the best home away experience we’ve ever had. From the welcome basket of goodies, to the beautiful dishes, abundant kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, etc we were more than impressed. Amazing house and great trip!

This house was amazing and worked well for us. We had three different families who were able to have their own space as well as our daughter who had her own room.
