Comforts of home

We have stayed a couple of their homes and they never disappoint. Always clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need and then some. I would highly recommend staying at one their homes.

Wedding weekend

We came into town for a family wedding. This was the perfect for our family to stay near our local family’s homes and the wedding venue. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels. Great place to stay!

Me and four guys from Work shared this house for over a week. It was perfect for our needs in the house comes reasonably stocked with toilet paper. Paper towels, kitchen utensils basically they got everything.

This was the second time we stayed in one of Burchfield’s properties. This home was lovely. Beautifully staged. Clean, comfy and a great home away from home. Darrell was a joy to work with. We will be staying in one of their properties anytime we need to stay Meridian. Skip the hotels, people. This home is so much better

Older home but very clean

We stayed at this location for 3 nights. We found the house to be clean and well stocked. The home owner was friendly and could be reached easily. We did not have any problems and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely no issues. Nice 4-bedroom house in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to major cross street. Minutes from Walmart for all the items you forgot! Would happily stay here again.

Comfortable Home!

We were in Boise for several days for a wedding. The location of this house is great for getting anywhere in the area. We traveled north to River Birch Golf Course and East to Top Golf, the Zoo and Capitol building. The house is a little outdated, but I felt the low rental price reflects this. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Great clean, felt just like home!

We had a family reunion for my Grandmas 90th birthday. She lives in Meridian and this was an absolutely amazing alternative to a hotel for us. We had 5 adults staying. It was a perfect home away from home. It was clean and excellently stocked to make it feel like we were at home. We had all the amenities we needed. The area has good restaurants, grocery stores and other shops conveniently close. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great holiday

I stayed in this house for the Christmas holidays. I was able to invite my adult children and my mother to come stay for a night or a week. I had 8 of us for an early Christmas dinner and celebration with plenty of room. They even decorated for me with Christmas wreathes and a tree. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed, so I felt right at home for the month I was there. On the tv, there was only local television channels, but there was a hdmi cable attached, so I could use my laptop as a cd player, Netflix and even my Directv account. The backyard was fenced and perfect for our service dog who enjoyed playing out there. I did not need anything from the owners, but did hear from them to check in. I would definitely rent from them again.

Nice Family Time

Our family rented 2 of the Burchfield's homes for the week btw Christmas & New Years to be here for a niece's wedding. There were 11 of us. We found the homes so well stocked we were all amazed. This home was lacking a DVD player or HDMI cable, therefore we went & purchased a cable to watch movies & football games. Mr. B was very responsive to a phone call about the fireplace not working @ the other home & he came over, but unable to get it working for us. We felt very comfortable, so glad we were not in a hotel & could relax in between wedding & family events! We would definately consider staying again as we find winters & summers very fun in Boise! The new Village, close by, was frequented for meals & entertainment, too!

The home is lovely and the decor is inviting. After a little baby-proofing we felt it was safe for our 20 month old with good supervision. We wished for a toaster. (Maybe there was one but we couldn’t find it.) The reclining chairs in LR were very comfy. There’s a wall switch that needed to be on for operating one set. I hope they label that for the next renters. The house is more “aged” than it appears. For example, many outlets will not hold a plug, there are holes where a towel rack used to be in the master bath, and discolored carpeting at the entrance to the master bedroom. I was okay with that as I didn’t rent the Four Seasons. I thought the master bed was fine. My husband disagreed. My adult kids complained about the queen beds on either side of the hall bathroom. They said the mattresses were not good. My adult son in the room by the laundry room had no complaints. He said it was comfortable. The house was really cute, there was in garage parking, and it was in my price range! Overall, a nice place.

Snow skiing 45 minutes away with night skiing available, boating 45 minutes away, world class kayaking and rafting is only 30 minutes away. 5 minutes away from Idaho's newest and finest mall,"The Village", with Bellagio type water jets with music and great dining.
