Summary:
Welcome to this modern house with lots of light. A generous staircase leads to a comfortable living room and a spacious seating area which opens onto a cozy interior terrace. The open kitchen with all the comforts. On the upper floor you will find 2 large bedrooms (each with a double bed) and new corresponding bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with shower). The third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) is located on the mezzanine.

The Space:
You have access to the whole house which is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building. Through a separate entrance you enter a spacious hallway from where the stairs give access to the mezzanine, +1, +2. On the ground floor there is a beauty salon "Un sentiment pur" (not accessible from the house).

The Neighborhood:
Als er een kustplaats is die bruist van de energie en aantrekkelijk is voor iedereen, dan is dat Blankenberge. Dit is voornamelijk te danken aan het werkelijk ongeëvenaarde aanbod van familie vermaak en bezienswaardigheden.

Er is gewoon altijd wat te doen! U kunt over de boulevard lopen, uitrusten in een van de vele restaurants of genieten van het strand op een mooie dag.

Deze levendige badplaats is een aantrekkelijke plek voor jonge families en voor families met tieners die zich niet graag vervelen. De brede boulevard biedt plaats aan wandelaars, skaters en iedereen die beweegt, behalve degenen met motorvoertuigen. Naast de vele indoor en outdoor sportactiviteiten, biedt Blankenberge eveneens talloze mogelijkheden voor mensen die van winkelen houden, mensen die van eten houden en mensen die van hedendaagse entertainment houden. De pretparken en de bars, het casino, het grappige velodroom, de winkelstraten met hun unieke boetiekjes, de nachtclubs en discotheken en de pittoreske restaurants zijn het hart van deze levendige vakantiebestemming, die haar gasten in een vriendelijke sfeer verwelkomt. De badplaats biedt alle vormen van recreatie voor jong en oud. Fietsers zullen genieten van De Fonteintjes (het duingebied tussen Blankenberge en Zeebrugge). Ideaal voor een weekendje weg aan zee!

Tijdens een weekendje in Blankenberge geniet je van zon, zee en strand, maar ook van prachtige art nouveau en heel veel zeilboten. De oude vissershaven werd omgebouwd in een geavanceerde, gastvrije jachthaven met alle benodigde faciliteiten.

Het strand is 3 kilometer lang en 350 meter breed bij eb en heeft alle comfort die een echte zonaanbidder nodig heeft. Het strand en de omgeving hebben tevens veel te bieden aan de actievere toerist. Een prachtig en populair zandstrand met een echte Pier en een hoop strandpaviljoens in de zomer. Een mooi, breed en lang zandstrand van licht zand naast de mooie en rustige zee. De Pier van Blankenberge domineert het gehele strand met zijn unieke structuur die bestaat uit een lange steiger die de zee in gaat.

Blankenberge zal u echt verbazen. Gezellige winkelstraten waar in de zomer zelfs geen verkeer is toegestaan. Als u de drukte gewoon negeert en voorbij het strand kijkt, kunt u het prachtige Art Nouveau erfgoed onder de boulevard aanschouwen. Een speciale wandelroute brengt u langs de mooiste huizen.

De grootste attractie van Blankenberge is nog steeds de Pier, een unieke structuur aan de Belgische kust: een 350 meter lange steiger die tot in de zee gaat, gebouwd in 1933. De Pier geeft u het gevoel dat u over water kunt lopen, terwijl u naar het monumentale ronde gebouw loopt. Binnen is een knusse taverne en een tentoonstellingsruimte.

Een ander beroemd gebouw in Blankenberge is de Paravang, of windscherm. Deze stijlvolle structuur uit de Belle Époque periode is vandaag de dag nog steeds een stille getuige van het trendy kuuroord toerisme van het begin van de 20e eeuw. Als u hier zit te dagdromen, heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over de nabijgelegen haven en het Leopoldpark.

Other Things to Note:
The property owner has appointed Huswell to support them before, during and after your stay. Thanks to Huswell, the owner can give all guests the best experience possible. It’s important to note that If you reserve this accommodation, you conclude an agreement with the owner and not with Huswell. In this context, Huswell is only a service provider to the owner and supports the owner with the rental of this accommodation. For more information about Huswell, we refer you to our profile!

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation provides high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. One set of bed and bath linen per person, per stay. More can be ordered during your stay.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Ein angenehmes Haus
Das Haus an sich war sehr angenehm. Es ist geräumig und bietet fast alles, was man sich als Urlauber wünschen kann. Der Balkon jedoch ist nicht nutzbar, da er durch Mövenkot stark verschmutzt ist und dem Balkontisch ein Bein fehlt. Die "Aussicht" lässt ebenfalls viel zu wünschen übrig (auf baufällige Hinterhöfe). Ein Nachteil dieses Hauses ist, dass es direkt neben dem Warenlager eines Supermarktes liegt, der montags bis samstags ab 4:30 h recht lautstark beliefert wird und die Wand zu diesem Lager sehr hellhörig ist. Die Lage an sich ist ideal, da das Haus nicht weit vom Großen Markt liegt und es auch zur Strandpromenade nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß sind. Die Agentur Huswell, die uns betreut hat, hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir erhielten von Anfang bis Ende alle Informationen, die wir zum Check-in, dem Aufenthalt und dem Check-Out gebraucht haben.
