Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dem Haus. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt in einer schönen Anlage und es gibt alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Ein Tipp für Gäste, wir empfehlen Mückennetze mitzubringen, die Mücken und Fliegen sind doch ein bisschen lästig. Mückengitter an den Fenstern wären toll! Das ist aber auch der einzige kleine Makel. Es gibt schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten. Die Vermieter sind gut erreichbar und reagieren schnell auf Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Mooi huisje met een fijne tuin voor de kinderen! We waren er tijdens een periode van een hittegolf dus de warmte maakte het onaangenaam. En dat dan de vaatwasser niet werkt in die hitte is dan extra vervelend. Buiten dat prima vermaakt en een ideaal huis als je met meerdere gezinnen komt!

Mooi ruim huis. Mooi ingericht met grote tafel en veel banken. Keuken is goed ingericht, voldoende spullen voor 12 personen. Tweede koelkast deed het helaas niet. Huis is wel erg gehorig. Ligt op een rustig park met privé huisjes. Er pasten gemakkelijk drie auto’s op de oprit.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man abends im Wohnzimmer, aber insbesondere auf den Fluren mit den Türen und im oberen Bad sehr leise sein muss (besonders wenn Kleinkinder dabei sind). Die Betten knartschen bei jeder Bewegung. Während die Matrazen sehr weich sind, sind die Kissen sehr hart, also nicht ganz so bequem. Insgesamt macht das Gebäude den Eindruck, als ob zuletzt wenig in den Unterhalt investiert wurde (Fenster lassen sich teilweise nicht gut öffnen und schließen, der Steg ist komplett zugewuchert und das kleine Tor morsch, die Sauna könnte mal einen frischen Anstrich vertragen, etc.). Aber es gibt auch positives: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Ansprechpartnerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Küche ganz gut ausgestattet. Es handelt sich also nicht um ein Luxusobjet, aber wenn man ein paar Abstriche gefasst ist kann man hier durchaus eine schöne Zeit haben.

Belvilla hat mir nach meiner Buchung die Kosten für die Schäden in Rechnung gestellt. Die Unterkunft selbst war alles andere als sauber. Lose Kabel innen und außen, defekte Lampen, abblätternde Farbe und ein verschlossenes Gartentor zum Wasser. Am Sonntag gab es nur kaltes Wasser und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Ich warte immer noch auf eine Antwort vom Kundenservice, aber die Mitarbeiter verstecken sich hinter einer falschen Telefonnummer. Ich werde von Pontius zu Pilatus geschickt.

Het huisje lijkt op het eerste oog geweldig! Echter blijkt er al snel vanalles mis te zijn. De bedden kraken absurd hard als je je ook maar een beetje beweegt. Net als de eetkamerstoelen die kraken of piepen. Er is lekkage in de woonkamer en boven zijn vochtplekken en afbladerende verf te vinden. De vaatwasser in de keuken doet zijn werk niet en de vaatwasser zit vol met roest, wat ontzettend ongezond is. Het servies in de kastjes was dus ook smerig en er is keukengerei wat gewoon uitelkaar valt. De deurbel werkt niet en het slot van de badkamer boven ook niet. Er zijn dusdanig veel zilvervisjes aanwezig dat ze snachts in groepen op het plafond te vinden zijn. De sauna zit vol met kieren en gaten en komt maar heel erg slecht op warmte. De indeling van het huisje is verder erg fijn en leuk aangekleed. Maar er is dusdanig veel achterstallig onderhoudt dat het huisje niet oke maakt.

Het huis is ruim maar heeft dringend onderhoud nodig. De bedden en bank in de woonkamer zijn doorgezakt. De verwarmingsketel lekt en moet 3x per dag worden bijgevuld. De vaatwasser is geheel verroest en wast niet goed schoon. Weinig licht in de keuken waardoor de kookplaat niet goed leesbaar en te bedienen is. De koelkast is gammel en de stofzuiger stinkt! In de tuin staat een schommel met één kapotte zitting.

De verwarmingsketel moest 2x per dag bijgevuld worden om warm water te hebben. Dit was ook bekend bij de verhuurder, maar niet voiraf aan ons gemeld. Alle lichtspots in de keuken waren kapot, het rek in de afwasmachine is verroest, alle bedden kraken als je je omdraait. Het huis is toe aan een opknapbeurt, de rolgordijnen zijn deels kapot of sluiten niet en in sommige kamers laat het spuitwerk los van de muur. Er is wel een ruime voorraad aan glaswerk, borden bestek, schalen en pannen.

Heerlijk huis, volop ruimte(wij waren met 8 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen) en de tuin was ook super. Prettig contact met de beheerders op het park, alles prima geregeld en indien nodig snel opgelost.We komen graag nog eens terug!
