Just 1 km from the beach and 2 km from Pula, it provides easy access to stunning coastal landscapes, historical sites, and vibrant local culture. Whether you're unwinding on the sun-drenched terrace, enjoying outdoor activities, or exploring nearby attractions, this retreat ensures a memorable stay with free WiFi and modern comforts.

Inside, the home features a spacious living room and bedroom with a double folding bed, TV, and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, boiling water tap, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, and a bedroom with bunk beds or two single beds. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet, complemented by an additional bathroom for convenience. Outdoors, guests can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, or enjoy the trampoline, tennis court, football goal, and play equipment.

Wir haben das Apartment für eine Woche gebucht und waren leider insgesamt enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht nicht. Die Unterkunft wird für bis zu sechs Personen angeboten, war aber selbst mit 3 Personen und Hund bereits sehr eng. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche nur sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Die vorhandene Pfanne war instabil und auf dem Gasherd sogar gefährlich zu benutzen. Wichtige Utensilien wie eine Schere oder ein Ofenhandschuh fehlten komplett. Außerdem gab es nur ein Geschirrtuch und ein Schneidebrett. Der Pool war unsere größte Enttäuschung. Das Wasser war zwar sauber, jedoch waren die Kunststoffliegen ohne Auflagen sehr unbequem. Der Bereich rund um den Pool wirkte ungepflegt, mit Unkraut an vielen Stellen, und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts kaum gereinigt. Sonnenschirme waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Etwas unangenehm fanden wir auch, dass eine Mitarbeiterin offenbar in einem der drei Apartments wohnt. Da unser Apartment direkt daneben lag, hatten wir häufig das Gefühl, beobachtet zu werden. Das Apartment direkt am Pool blieb während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts leer – dieses hätten wir deutlich bevorzugt. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir die Sauberkeit des Apartments und des Poolwassers. Auch Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine haben problemlos funktioniert. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft aufgrund des schlechten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Im Nachhinein haben wir gesehen, dass es in der Umgebung für den gleichen Preis deutlich bessere Unterkünfte gegeben hätte. Schade, dass wir kurzfristig gebucht haben.
