The house was cozy and welcoming, the garden was well-kept and green, and the pool was absolutely beautiful – perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and tidy, and the whole place was very well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome. The location is also perfect for exploring the local sights – it was easy to get around. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful time we had. The location was excellent. Close to Pula but far enough away to have a rural feel. The property was excellent and was well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and so helpful. They made us feel very welcome and gave lots of advice and suggestions. It is worth asking for their restaurant suggestions! We loved the use of the pool and sitting out under the vines outside the house with the dappled light was enchanting. I highly recommend this place and thank Gordana and Davar for their hospitality. I would seriously consider coming back again.

Tolles Domizil in ruhiger Lage und mit wunderschönem Garten

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, neben unserer Wohung für 4 Personen sind noch zwei kleinere Appartments nebenan. Das Haus und der ganze wunderschöne Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, da die Gastgeber auch auf dem Gelände leben und morgens wässern und Blätter von der Weinpergola wegfegen. In der Wohnung gibt es AC im 1. OG, insgesamt halten die dicken Steinwände die Hitze auch ganz gut draußen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, großer Gasherd, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Einzig etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre schön - dann müsste die Spülmaschine nicht jeden Tag halbleer laufen. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Zeit, den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein, weil die anderen Gäste ihn zu anderen Zeiten genutzt haben. Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, aber man ist schnell sowohl in der Altstadt von Pula als auch an verschiedenen Badebuchten! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Perfekter Urlaub mit wunderbaren Gastgebern

Wir haben zehn herrliche Tage in dieser perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ambiente verbracht. Der Pool, den man sich mit nur zwei weiteren Parteien teilt, ist sehr schön und gepflegt, der Garten ein kleines Paradies. Gordana und Davor sind sehr herzliche und stets hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die unseren Urlaub auch mit vielen tollen Tipps bereichert haben. Der Bootsausflug mit Davor war ein absolutes Highlight.

Wonderful!

Staying with the Banko family was wonderful. They gave us a very warm welcome, so that we felt right at home. from the outdoor area, to the apartment to the pool, everything was super clean and very well maintained. I even had the feeling that it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. What was great and what you should not miss are the insider tips from Gordana and Davor. An all-round great holiday, which was certainly not the last! Der Aufenthalt bei der Familie Bank war wunderschön. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. von der Außenanlage, über das Appartement bis zum pool war alles super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Ich hatte sogar das Gefühl, dass es noch schöner war, als auf den Bildern. Was super war und was man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen darf, sind die Insidertipps von Gordana und Davor. Ein rundum toller Urlaub, der mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte gewesen war.

Perfekter Urlaub

Bei Gordana und Davor haben wir ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Domizil vorgefunden. Wir wurden wie Familienmitglieder behandelt und sind von der Gastfreundschaft sehr beeindruckt. Für alle die einen tollen Garten, Pool und Ruhe suchen ist dies der perfekte Ort. Tolles Haus und Garten, nette Vermieterr

Garten richtig prima, sauber, gepflegt, viele tolle Pflanzen, Blumen, schöner Pool, abgeschlossener PKW Stellplatz, Wohnung in schönem istrischen gepflegten Haus, alles da, was man braucht, Lage recht abgelegen und ruhig, aber man ist innerhalb 20 min mit dem Auto an verschiedenen Stränden und in Pula im Zentrum, in Fazana oder Medulin, Strände rings um Pula leider sehr überlaufen und schmutzig, Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit, es gibt auch liebe Haustiere: Hund, Katze, Schildkröten und ne Menge Eidechsen, absolut empfehlenswert für alle die gern etwas außerhalb des Trubels wohnen wollen

Supernette Vermieter, die stets tolle Tipps parat hatten und eine superschöne Schnorcheltour mit uns gemacht haben, ein traumhafter Garten mit einem tollen Pool, schattigen Sitzgelegenheiten unter Weinranken, kühlem schönem Haus aus Naturstein und mit Klimanlage - einfach alles perfekt! :-) Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein... :-)

wunderbare Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Garten und sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben zusammen mit unserer 17 jährigen Tochter zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Gordana und Davor bieten ein innen komplett modernisiertes altes Steinhaus, aufgeteilt in 3 Appartments mit einem traumhaften Garten an. Alles ist tipptopp in Schuss und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten strahlt eine idyllische Ruhe aus (es gibt sogar Schildkröten) und ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich um jegliches Anliegen und stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Die Lage südlich von Pula ist perfekt, verschiedene Strände sind innerhalb nur weniger Autominuten problemlos erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!!!.

Tolles Appartement mit einem wunderschönen Garten

Wir habe uns dieses Jahr noch spontan für einen Kroatien-Urlaub entschieden und dieses Appartement gebucht. Und was sollen wir sagen, es war der perfekte Urlaub. Der Garten, der Pool, das istrische Haus und die nette Familie, alles hat gepasst. Vor allem der Pool war für unsere Tochter (4Jahre) ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und man hat trotz zwei weiterer Appartements viel Platz für sich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Wohlfühlen im alten Gemäuer

Wir haben uns trotz Corona kurzfristig entschlossen nach Pula zu fahren. Das Anwesen ist denke ich für drei Familien ausgelegt, was den riesigen und wunderbaren Garten erklärt. Auch der Pool ist so groß wie auf dem Foto. Da Corona war waren wir alleine. Das Haus ist aus dem 18. Jahrhundert aber Elektrik, W-Lan und auch Warmwasser alles top. Großes Plus der Gasherd. Ausstattung ist minimal aber ausreichend. Töpfe und Pfannen sehr gut. Die Hausherren wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück und sind super nett. Es sind Fliegengitter an fast allen Fenstern. Am Badezimmer sollte auch noch eines angebracht werden, wenn es überhaupt notwendig ist! Ich habe nicht eine Mücke bemerkt. Supermarkt und Restaurants in Gehweite (nur 11 Minuten). Also Perfekt :)

Un séjour idyllique

Superbes maison où nous avons passé 7 jours en famille. L’endroit est très charmant, très propre, avec un magnifique jardin et une piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, ouverts à répondre à nos questions et nous orientent vers les plages qui nous intéressent. Ils entretiennent à merveille ce lieu. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente « chez soi » ! Nous avons adoré passer ces quelques jours dans cette résidence très calme, proche de toute commodités (resto / supermarchés / etc.)

Holidays summer 2019

We would like to join all the positive reviews. In July 2019, we spent a week with our two children at Gordana and Davor's premises. We had such a wonderful time and didn't really want to leave. The appartment is well equipt, the garden is lovely with a very clean pool. It is well located, with just a few minutes driving distance to the next supermarket, petrol station or even shopping centre (if you wish). Pula itself is really vibrant at night and has got a lot of nice restaurants and bars to offer. The drive to Premantura - a must see (!!!) is about 20 minutes away. What really made the stay special is the warmth of Gordana and Davor. They adored the children and in general looked after their guests really well. We will definitely come back to visit Gordana and Davor.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Toll und super Lage

Wer seinen Urlaub ruhig und entspannt in einer kleinen Wohneinheit ( 3 APARTMENTS ) verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist wirklich eine schönes altes Haus mit einem tollen Garten und Pool. Wir hatten das große Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, ob in der Küche oder sonst wo im Haus. Die Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem Gelände und sind sehr sehr nett. Man kann Sie jederzeit um Rat fragen wenn man etwas braucht. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Absolut zu Empfehlen. Einziges kleines Manko was evtl. in der Beschreibung noch geändert werden sollte ist, das der Betrieb der Klimaanlage mit 5€/ Tag zu Buche schlägt.

Calme et détente en famille

Hôtes charmants, accueillants, de bons conseils tout en restant effacés. Maison très pratique, et fraîche en été. Terrasse ombragée naturellement par la vigne. Très beau jardin, piscine agréable Commerces très proches Mer et plages à 5min en voiture Bref, nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und stehen einem immer mit einem Tipp bzgl. Badebucht oder Sehenswürdigkeiten zur Seite. Das Haus ist wunderschön angelegt. In der Wohnung sind alle wesentlichen Dinge vorhanden. Der Pool ist stehts sauber. Als Geheimtipp gilt eine Bootsfahrt mit dem eigenen Boot des Vermieters zu einsamen Buchten, wo man dann super schnorcheln kann. In der Nähe der Wohnung finden sich diverse Restaurants in denen man gut und günstig essen gehen kann.

Ganz tolle Gastgeber!

Wir (vierköpfige Familie) waren sehr begeistert von der schönen Unterkunft.Alles genau wie auf den Bildern und perfekt für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern.Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen wollen,vielen Dank für eine schöne und erholsame Zeit bei Euch,Gordana und Davo!

Besser kann man Urlaub nicht machen!

Wir waren im August 2017 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern Gast bei Gordana und Davor. Das Grundstück ist wie ein kleines grünes Paradies, liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Den Pool haben unsere Töchter geliebt, die Terrasse unter einem Dach aus Weintrauben ist einfach einmalig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, von wo man zahlreiche Ziele erreichen kann. Ein Ausflug nach Rovinj gehört auf jeden Fall dazu. Eines unserer schönsten Ferienerlebnisse war die Bootsfahrt mit Davor, der mit uns vier Stunden ( man kann auch 8 Stunden) zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen auf seinem eigenen Boot unterwegs war. Absolut empfehlenswert! Aber all diese tollen Gegebenheiten werden noch getoppt von der Herzlichkeit der Vermieter, Gordana und Davor. Sie sind mit uns im Krankheitsfall zur Apotheke gefahren, haben uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben und sind wirklich liebenswerte Gastgeber gewesen. So bleibt nicht nur der wunderbare Ort in unseren Herzen, sondern vor allem diese Menschen. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir auf jeden Fall mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben. Reisen verbindet die Menschen. Das erfährt man bei Gordana und Davor. Ein wirklich außerordentlicher Urlaubsort in einem tollen Land mit wunderbaren Gastgebern! Danke für alles!! Do videnja!
