The carefully selected and specially imported paving stones that follow the house around are another delicious detail. The house has two bedrooms with private bath and toilet connected to the two bedrooms, of which one bedroom and bath are in the heated annex of the house. The kitchen and living room are in an open connection and the experience of quality is supported by the implemented details in the interior, such as the wall-mounted wood-burning stove, the good furniture and the sloping ceiling. The house was built in 2013, well maintained and uses geothermal heat, solar energy and also has air / air heat pumps. The house and the terraces are completely undisturbed for views from the surroundings to three sides. On the open part of the plot, where there is a private green area, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy the view of other green surroundings and a small lake, while you can follow the traffic to and from the area. The house is located next to a cozy gravel road that leads directly down to the wide sandy beach and the rolling water. In fresh weather, windsurfers are attracted, and you will also be able to experience kayaking at the beach.
