White Mountain Barn GuestHouse w/ Views!

Enjoy beautiful views and peaceful surroundings from the Barn! The Barn is a single, studio, guesthouse occupying the entire second floor of our gambrel-style barn. We only rent our property on this site and air b and b. Any other website is not to be used. One thousand square feet of modern living space with a fully equipped kitchen, large full bath and walk-in closet. The space is open and suited for a party of two.

Open the double barn doors and find yourself on a expansive balcony overlooking the Connecticut River Valley and North-West mountain ranges. Enjoy the evening watching the sunsets, playing pool, listening the music or watching a movie. During the day, the White Mountains await with hundreds of activities waiting for you! Inside amenities includes a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full-size bath, washer/dryer, exercise equipment & pool table.

No smoking anywhere on the premises. No pets.

The spectacular White Mountains are an ideal location for your winter & summertime vacations. Attractions: Littleton Main St. Restaurants and Shopping (5 min.), Moore Reservoir or Conn. River (5 min.), Cannon Mtn. & Franconia State Park (15 min.), Flume Gorge (20 min.), Whale's Tale Water Park (25 min.), Bretton Woods & Mt. Washington Cog Railway (30 min.), Loon Mtn. (30 min.), Clarks Trading Post (30 min.), Santa's Village (45 min.), Six Gun City (45 min.), Storyland (45 min.), Burke Mtn. (45 min.), Polar Caves (45 min.), Mt. Washington Auto Road (1 hour), Conway Scenic Railroad (1 hour). Don't forget Vermont! We are very close to the border, so lots of things to see and do.

In the summer enjoy several public golf courses, canoeing, fishing, boating, world-class hiking, & biking. In the winter, you can snowmobile from the house. Three ski resorts to choose from (Cannon Mt, Bretton Woods or Loon Mt.), snowshoe, ice fish & ice skate. Enjoy tax-free shopping in downtown Littleton year-around.

Great dining options are available in Littleton and surrounding villages. We will provide you with a list of recommendations.

The Barn Guest House was comfortable and cozy. Perfect for our fall weekend getaway! The town of Littleton is super cute and has great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the close proximity to lots of great hikes and places to explore. The hosts provided everything we needed and were great with communicating the information we needed for a successful stay. Would definitely recommend!

All The Comforts of Home

Quiet Getaway

Had an amazing time in the town of Littleton and staying in the loft of the barn. It was quiet calm relaxing and so close to all the major attractions and highway. The Loft was very clean spacious and had everything you could ask for including a balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great place

I stayed at this property for a month and it was excellent. It was clean, equipped with essentials such as dish soap/keurig/clothing hangers, and the gym set up great. The host was extremely responsive and all my needs were met. Would highly recommend this place.

Unique Setting in a Barn Loft

Good location to many sites in New Hampshire and we enjoyed visiting and hiking Franconia Notch; Weeks State Park; Kancamagus Scenic Byway, Black Mountain, and small towns around the area. Littleton is only 10 minutes away and there are lots of fun shops and restaurants.

Adorable place for a long weekend.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, and it had everything we could ask for. The hosts truly thought of everything! The living space is located on the second floor (washer and dryer are on first floor) which may cause issues for anyone with mobility problems. But we’d definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Quiet & Clean NH Getaway

The property was well-furnished with linens, kitchen ware, and toiletries. It was a bit dark due to not being able to open the doors to the deck (it was February!) - the driveway was plowed with ample parking.

Lofty homebase

The property is just as described, a large open space that's very comfortable. Had everything I needed except perhaps a toaster. The property is located about 5 minutes from downtown and very convenient to major roads. I alternated days of remote work and going hiking and the location is perfect for both. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would certainly stay here again.

Quiet mountain lodge

We had a very nice stay in this spacious rental! It was in a quiet location on a hill, but close to get on Rt 93. The lodging was clean, it had a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a nice kitchen area as well as exercise equipment and a pool table, Lodging in Littleton is somewhat limited making this a great find. Excellent TV programming as well. One note, you need to be able to walk up 23 stairs to get into the rental as it is the top level of a garage/barn structure. For us it was fine but it may matter to some.

Beautiful Autumn in the White Mountains!

Location was great for day trips in any direction. Kitchen was great as we had breakfast and then headed out for the day. All was as advertised! Very Quiet Location with no traffic other than a few interstate noises way off in distance. Easy to find and great interstate or other roads to help you explore.

White Mountains Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the barn guesthouse. The space was bright and inviting, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The sleeping area and living area were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for "eating in." The location is amazing - quiet and serene, yet just five minutes from Littleton. This was a perfect getaway!

June vacation

Great experience with this rental. Nicely maintained property inside and out in a very peaceful setting. Everything you need to have a home-away-from-home experience. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and cookware to bake a cake or simply heat a quick meal in the microwave. I'd absolutely recommend to a friend and book this rental myself in the future!

Perfect spot for day hikers

Loved this place. It was incredibly quiet, cozy, and comfortable. It has a kitchen with a full-sized fridge, which is a huge bonus, and it even has a small home gym. It's close to some great trails, so this is an idea spot for day hikers. The washer/dryer were a godsend when we got off the trails. I would love to come back here!

Best accommodations for a couple or single traveler. Amazing property. Chris and Susan are great in answering any questions on places, events and things to do locally. The views at sunset should not be missed. The exercise equipment and pool table are a great bonus. The full kitchen has everything you need for staying in, but I preferred barbecuing outside. I so hated to leave that I am currently making plans for my return next year. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great little place!

A great place with plenty of room for two with all the amenities. There is a private entrance and a dedicated parking spot. Easy access to I-93 or downtown Littleton for a bite to eat.

Perfect getaway!

My husband, our standard poodle and I spent two weeks here in March orf 2015. This place is exactly as described. It is large and open, separate from the main house (there were other guests in the main house and there was no noise or issue with them at all), has beautiful views and a low-traffic road for walking your dog. The place has everything! Thoughtfully furnished with ironing board, comfortable bed, nightlight and space heater in bathroom (for cold mornings), games, Netflix, flatscreen TV, exercise equipment, pool table, blender, AND all the important kitchen tools. We were able to make this our home away from home while my husband worked at the local hospital. We had been traveling and were tired of eating out so cooked in most meals easily enough. Susan was very responsive, and, although we experienced no difficulties, I am sure she would have been right on top of things. We would certainly return anytime (in fact we wanted to come back in April, but it was already booked!) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. NOTE: there is a stairway to the over-the-barn apartment, but it is inside so no issue with snow and ice on the treads. There is a lockable door both to the outside and to the apartment itself. Felt totally comfortable and safe the whole time.
