The villa is indipendent and develops on two levels. At the first floors: a large hall, 2 double bedrooms, one with separate beds on request, full kitchen, bathroom.

On the ground floor there is an exclusive garden / courtyard overlooking the "Bacino Grande" (salt lake connected to the sea that brings the scent of the sea in the house) where there is a garden table with chairs for outdoor dining, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking space indoor (suitable for small - medium large cars)

Drinking water connected to the pubblic service. Windows and doors equipped with mosquito nets.

The house is very bright and equipped with all comforts, new fornitures, and it is equipped with digital TV, pots, cutlery, tablecloth, dishes and everything you need to cook and eat. It also comes with fans, iron, hairdryer, parasol. Only linen and personal towels are not supplied due to covid. Anuway for special needs please contact me before booking.

The stops of the Navetta and Salento Bus that connect, until late at night, the entire coast and the other touristic cities, is located in front of the Beach Resort also called: "Bacino Grande" - at 250 meters from the house. The shuttle is free at night and is very convenient to go downtown avoiding the stress of looking for parking.
