Spacious 5 Bedroom Tuscan Villa, Private Pool, Garden & Mountain Views

Thank you for your 5 star review. We would be happy to hear from you again. Best wishes from the team at tuscan-retreats/housesintuscany

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed most aspects of the property, though we’re sorry that the connecting rooms didn’t fully meet your expectations. We have described them in the advert but for future guests, please note one of the double rooms is a 'walk through' to a twin - there is no door. We’re also very sorry to learn about the issues with insects and mosquitoes during your visit. it is very rare for us to have mosquitoes in this area due to the altitude and lack of still water. I understand the owner provided sprays and so forth. We are grateful for the feedback and as a result the intention is to fit insect screens for 2026. Best wishes, Lorraine at Tuscan-retreats.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We’re so pleased you had a lovely stay and found the house clean and well-equipped. It was a pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Best wishes, Lorraine at Tuscan-retreats

Thank you for your kind words and 5 stars. I am glad you enjoyed your holiday. Kind regards Elena

Thank you for your 5 star review - we are glad you had a lovely time and enjoyed the views, the pool and the local area/restaurants etc. You are right you do get used to not having aircon - it is just not provided/needed in this area due to altitude although when it is very hot you do need to manage the heat using shutters etc. We hope to hear from you another time. Thank you for your review. We were a bit shocked to see a 1 star review here, and wonder if it were a mistake? We see you sent the owners a note saying you had a wonderful time at their property, so just want to check you didn't press the wrong button? If the review is correct we do of course need to find out what was wrong as nothing was mentioned to us or the owner during your stay. We will mail you separately. Thank you, best wishes Lorraine at tuscan-retreats
