This condo has amazing balcony views overlooking luxurious pool, lush landscaping, and barbecue area in a quiet setting. The condo amenities include 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 workout facilities (1 includes spinning/yoga classes and the other is comparable to an Anytime Fitness), 2 playgrounds, gas barbecue areas, outdoor fireplaces, 2 20-seat movie theatres, game rooms (XBOX and playstations), billiard tables, gated entry, and secure access. The 2 multi-million dollar clubhouses include free WIFI, several flatscreen TVs, free coffee and refreshments, concierge services, business center, free bike rentals, chef’s kitchen that provides meals, scheduled events, and much more.
Thompson Peak Park is a few minute walk and accessible through a gate at the Edge, which has pickelball courts, a basketball court, and large playground. Pickelball racquets/balls, volleyball, basketball, and water toys included.

The condo has granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. The condo furniture includes leather queen sofa sleeper, loveseat, 2 king beds, adjustable mounted Samsung 65" Smart TV, Samsung 55" Smart TV in master bedroom, Samsung 55" Smart TV in guest bedroom, 3 kitchen bar stools, high-end dressers/night stands, 3 end tables, table with 4 chairs, and desk chair. New towels and linens (including extra linens) are available. Cable and WIFI are available free of charge. We also provide a Netflix login.
The condo has 2 separate private bedrooms both with king beds. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and large bathroom with soaking tub. The family room and master bedroom has access to the balcony with patio furniture. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included. The condo has 2 parking spots. This includes a 1-car detached garage (small SUVs or smaller) with remote. We also have 1 outside parking spot for large SUVs or smaller.

It is minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, nightlife (Scottsdale Entertainment District), fine dining, shopping (DC Ranch Marketplace, Kierland Commons, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge), and world-class golf courses (including Grayhawk, TPC, Troon North, Kierland, Talking Stick, Eagle Mountain, Wildfire, and We-Ko-Pa). There is a view of Pinnacle Peak and McDowell Mountain. There are several dinning and shopping options in walking distance from the condo. Popular events nearby include the Barrett Jackson Car Show (Jan), Waste Management Phoenix Open (Jan/Feb), and the Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training (Apr).

𝟑. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 - it's sometimes difficult to find a condo with upgrades; one reason we chose this condo is due to the new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
𝟒. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 - we love that the pool is right in front of our unit and it provides both privacy and poolside views
𝟓. 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 - there are several walking paths in the complex and within the Grayhawk master community; we love that the park is only a few minute walk and we can go there to play pickelball

We both grew up in Minnesota and currently live in Rogers, MN today. We both went to the same college in Wisconsin, but actually met through friends after. We have two boys aged 2 and 5. We enjoy going to our cabin in northern Minnesota to boat, play cards, fish, and hang out with friends and family. We look forward to spending time at our Scottsdale condo when it isn't occupied.

We took our first vacation together to Scottsdale in 2016 and absolutely fell in love with the place. We enjoyed hiking the mountains in the morning, laying poolside in the day, and trying out new restaurants by night. We searched properties for several months and then found the Venu at Grayhawk and purchased it in 2017.
There are six main reasons we bought this condo:
1. Amenities - the condo has a resort style atmosphere with the pools, clubhouses, and workout facilities
2. Location - we love North Scottsdale as it has a more upscale/new vibe and it's close to golf courses, dining, shopping, events, and the 101 Loop
3. Condo upgrades - it's sometimes difficult to find a condo with upgrades; one reason we chose this condo is due to the new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; we have since added other upgrades such as new paint, floors, water heater, light fixtures, and washer/dryer
4. Poolside - we love that the pool is right in front of our unit and it provides both privacy and poolside views
5. Walking paths and park - there are several walking paths in the complex and within the Grayhawk master community; we love that the park is only a few minute walk and we can go there to play pickelball
6. Second home - we don't just rent our condos, they are our second homes and we love vacationing there and we take extra attention and pride in making them just right for tenants and ourselves
