Best place to stay at Grayhawk!! The view is spectacular!!!! Property has to be booked for a full month- In January February and March it must be booked the entire month - no partial months.
Amazing view of the Gray hawk golf course adjacent to Isabella's voted one of the best patios in Scottsdale. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located within walking distance to DC Ranch Marketplace and the public Gray hawk Country Club. The condo has just been redecorated with brand new furniture and linens from Restoration Hardware. The master bedroom has a king size bed . The master bath has 2 sinks, a glass shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom. There is a beautiful patio off of the master bedroom where you can read or enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bath adjacent to the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked including a full spice rack, so all you will need to do is buy groceries. It is very private as there is no one above or below you. The best part is the view from the porch off of the great room. It is amazing all times of the day! There is a table on the patio to enjoy your meals and chairs to relax after a fun filled day in Scottsdale.
Condo is set up so you don't need to worry about anything but enjoying the pool, spa, gym. 36 hole public golf course, and miles of walking trails outside your door. The property is also close to the 101 Loop and to DC Ranch marketplace with great restaurants, shops, Starbucks and grocery stores. The updated condo is located close to Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Open, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and Mayo Clinic. It is also walking distance to the public Grayhawk golf and country club. We are willing to negotiate the rate for those who would like to rent this amazing condo as a long term rental.

NOTE: For the months of January through March, the months can not be split and have to be rented for the entire month. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Serene, quiet community

Grayhawk is a wonderful area for shopping, dining, hiking and pickleball. Sue’s place, in this area, has everything you could need. Very well equipped. BUT the view from the back balcony will blow your mind - just gorgeous - 18th green. Sue was very quick to help us - from Thailand. We had trouble accessing the front door. She helped us get in remotely. Thank heavens for technology. Must admit we didn’t enter all required digits described in the directions. Our fault entirely. ✅ was not entered after code. Thank you Sue. Looking forward to November stay 2024 and other trips to Scottsdale in the future. Marilyn and Richard

Beautiful Sunset Condo

My wife and I stayed at this lovely and well-appointed condo for 11 weeks from early October to mid-December 2022, and we couldn't have been happier. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, large enough for both of us, the deck overseeing the 18th green of the Talon golf course was large and had comfortable furniture, the garage was a huge plus, and the Encore community is gated and offers a central pool and gym, which we both used a lot. Everything in the community is immaculate, with service staff working tirelessly to keep everything growing, green, and weed-free. The location is awesome, in proximity to several grocery store, bars, and restaurants, and the sunsets are spectacular. Access to dozens of hiking trails is easy, and many trails are within a 10-15 min. drive from the condo. Communication with the owner was very efficient at all times, for example, because we had an extended stay, we needed some cleaning equipment (broom, vacuum), which was delivered within 2 days. We wish we could have stayed longer, alas, our home back in Canada called.

Best location in North Scottsdale. Daily excitement on 18th green. Fun to see some great golfers in Grayhawk and some average ones. Golfers enjoyed cheering from patio. Enjoy two patios with two different views. Stunning views of city one direction and McDowell Mountains another direction. Owner had detailed directions which made it so easy and smooth to rent. Lots of extra perks! Well stocked kitchen but so close to all restaurants it was difficult to decide to dine in or out. Isabella’s Kitchen a local fav and steps away from vrbo. Encore neighborhood safe, gated, and secure. You can have peace of mind here and enjoy good night’s sleep on most comfortable beds you could ask for in long term rental. If you can find an opening, book now.

Fabulous secluded condo in a super clean, upscale, and quiet neighborhood. Well appointed, fabulous community pool and hot tub, so many places to eat and shop nearby. Owner is 100% responsive and easy to work with. Trouble free check in and out.

Great property right on the 18th green of Grayhawk's Talon course! Spectacular views from the balcony, great attached 2-car garage in a great location with a thoughtful and caring owner that is incredibly responsive and communicative! Supplies galore and it just felt like home for our month-long visit. Great job Sue!

Great property! Wonderful location with fabulous views ! Great pool area. Kitchen very well stocked with all new and upscale essentials ..New quality towels and amenities . All paper products, soaps and coffee provided. Very helpful to have especially on first day when checking in and not having to un to the store the first day. Smaller unit but will work for two couples or two individuals. A definite return stay!

Ideal North Scottsdale Location

Fantastically well presented condo with mountain views from both balconies. Great for watching sunsets. Condo has everything you could possibly need and more. Owner was very friendly and professional throughout. Golf and hikes on your doorstep along with supermarkets and nice restaurants. Pool area and complex is spotless and very quiet when we were there. Highly recommend on all levels. Ticked all our boxes and can’t wait to stay again.

A wonderful stay in Grayhawk.

Exactly as described on the VRBO listing. Clean, spacious and incredible views! Everything you could possibly need is in the unit. A great pool, hot tub and workout room are a bonus! Sue was wonderful and had prompt answers for any questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family and we hope to be back some day!

Lovely Home in Grayhawk

Stayed in this unit for the month of January. Upon arrival, everything was in perfect condition and the owner had even left us some treats and a cupboard full of coffee. We didn't have a single issue with anything in the unit. Moreover, it is perfectly situated in the Grayhawk Community, near to great restaurants, shopping and golf. You will especially love the unbelievable sunset views every night looking over the 18th hole of Grayhawk's Talon course. Overall, one of the easiest and best rentals we've ever done on VRBO.

Loved the view and the location

The property was great! We loved the view of the golf course and the near view of Isabella's. The unit was extremely well stocked, better than any where we have stayed before. For us, the location in Grayhawk was central to everything we like to do while in Scottsdale. The owners were also excellent to work with and we hope to be talking to them again soon! Beautifull Property!!!!

This was by far the best equipped condo we have stayed in. There was nothing that we needed to buy other than food. The views from the main balcony and the bedroom balcony were amazing. We took a lot of pictures of the beautiful painted desert sky. We will definitely be returning.

Very well furnished, with every detail included for our comfort and convenience, (down to the bowls of peppermint lifesavers). Very comfortable mattress, and soft linens. Everything was in working condition. Would definitely stay again. (Note: If steps aren't your thing, this is a second floor unit).

Simply Relaxing

Being from Michigan we have made several trips to N. Scottsdale seeking the sun and warmth. This was by far the best property we have rented. Quiet, clean and elegant with all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony was very scenic overlooking the (quiet) golf course below (three mule deer skipped below us one evening) with the mountains of central Phoenix in the distance. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries (or a 2 minute drive if you prefer) and the owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. We can't wait to return.

Howard fell in love with the view. It is so relaxing to sit on the patios and overlook the golf course and mountains. The property has all the amenities of home and a place where we would want to stay if we were traveling.

All new furnishings and decorated with Restoration Hardware furniture and linens. The view is the best in all of Grayhawk and the location is ideal to walk to dinner and golf.
