This property is quite remarkable. The location could not be better and inside the house there is everything you could possibly need or want. There is so much space that everyone can relax and enjoy individually or in the group. Highly recommended. Ewa and Pau have done a fantastic job throughout.

Fantastic location in the center of the city! It's a private street where the entrances are locked at night, and it's a very quiet street. There's a great bakery at either end of the street for your early morning bite to eat. The house is bigger than we thought. It spans 4 floors plus a roof deck that gets endless light. There's even a smaller kitchen up there so you can have a morning coffee on the rooftop. The living area was amazing with lots of seating and many, many movies to choose from in their library. The projector TV was great to have. Bedrooms were all very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was large and provided two refrigerators, though we only used one.This was a great location giving us access to all the major site around the city, and only a block or so from metro/train station. We would definitely try and stay here again!

There were 7 of us, all adults, and this house fit us well. It was perfectly located, walkable to many things, and had plenty of room.

Barcelona Vacation

The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we could want for an enjoy stay. We were close to restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shopping, and attractions were either a walk or a quick cab ride away. We loved it and would stay there again. The owner had good communication and was accommodating of some of our party who arrived before the normal check in time.

Fantastic Location

We had a great stay at this location, it was close to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and sightseeing. The unit itself was perfect for 3 couples, with an extra bedroom that we didnt use. The roof top deck was a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of our busy days. Would highly recommend this location for others to enjoy.

Hidden Gem!!!

Our stay at the Townhouse was outstanding!!! The accommodations, the location, and area were perfect. It is close to everything from the Sacra Familia to high end shopping, the beach, and more. The neighborhood is so beautiful that people stop to take pictures of the entrance. Thank you Ewe for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful VRBO and for arranging transfers to and from the airport.

Amazing Barcelona Stay

We travelled to Barcelona after a long weekend stay in Tenerife. We couldn’t have had a better experience. The townhome is centrally located and we were able to easily submerse ourselves in the local culture. Although the home is built up and has multiple levels, it worked great for 2 siblings, their spouses, and parents. We 💗 Barcelona!!!

Family Birthday Celebration

We were 7 and the space was great! Host was amazing with communicating and help! Location is perfect. We only wish we had more time in Barcelona to actually enjoy the home. Rooftop terraces are so quaint. Not for anyone who can’t do stairs…there are a lot 😉

Family in Barcelona

I wanted a location where the family could be together at all times. The house was comfortable, with a Great location. Biggest issue was washing machine and dryer. A list in English of various cycles would have been helpful.

Great Location in Barcelona

Two families stayed at the home for a week and we had plenty of room for our 5 teenage kids and two couples. The location was amazing with a 4 minute walk to the metro and very short distance from La Rambla and the Gothic Center. The host was very responsive to any communication and provided assistance when needed. There are a lot of stairs so I wouldn't recommend if there were very young kids or older adults, but for our group it worked very well. I would highly recommend for a large group.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely appointed with all comforts considered. A main gate access reveals a private street with fragrant vines and great architecture. The home had room for our family of five to maintain their own private spaces with closet space and bathrooms. My favorite attribute was the rooftop. It was relaxing to start and end the day with an outdoor retreat. The space is very vertical with stairs connecting four levels.

Beautiful Villa in Great Location!

The townhouse was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. It was as advertised; being nicely appointed, spacious, and having all of the amenities needed for a long stay. The location on a quiet/landscaped alley also added to the charm, as it provided a serene getaway for our family. The location itself was ideal, as many famous sites of Barcelona were within walking distance and/or major public transit options are also easily accessible. Restaurants, shops, markets, etc were also plentiful, diverse, and convenient. We had a wonderful trip to Barcelona, and this townhouse/location absolutely added to that outcome. Would definitely recommend!

Property is in a good location but had an ant problem. In communication with the owners they mad is feel as though we were somehow responsible for this issue. House could use some updates and an exterminator.

September 2023 Stay

The townhouse is nice; it is big with lots of stairs and many floors We did have issues with the sound system, showers and small ants all over the house. The owners were very responsive and tried to help as much as possible. The house is old and clean. The location is very close to transportation, Las Rambla and many restaurants. Check in went well and the welcome packet was very helpful.

A beautiful property and perfect location

This house is simply beautiful! An extensive property split across multiple floors with a gorgeous sun terrace. The ideal location, very close to central Barcelona, with a 5 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia and 25 minutes to Sagrada Familia. The introduction and support received from the property manager, Ewa, was excellent. As mentioned in other posts, there are quite a few stairs and my only negative comment is that the property is maybe looking a little tired in a small number of areas. If we are in Barcelona again we will definitely look at this property again!

Loved it

Super nice place with lots of room and bathrooms and a lot of stairs! Owners were great to work with, very helpful, and responded promptly to pre-trip questions. Walkable to everywhere and very close to a parking garage since we needed to rent a car to go to areas outside of city. Close to public transit too so you don’t need a car. Although we didn’t cook while there - the kitchen is on the lower level with three of the bedrooms and the den and dining room is on the main level. Loved it anyways and would go back in a heart beat.

Fantastic facility and location

We live in Tennessee, one child and his family live a couple states away, the other, and her family, lives in Africa. We all met in Barcelona. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and, icing on the cake, roof top area for eating and drinking. Almost everything we wanted to see/do is in walking distance. Plenty of grocery stores, tapas bars, vermouth bars, museums, and even a Popeyes.. Just blocks from the Hop On Hop Off busline and city busses as well. Worked wonderfully for a group with multiple interests and tastes. Very fancy neighborhood.

Nice place to stay

This property is large enough for a family of 8. It’s old but clean. The house is broken up oddly so lots of up and down on stairs. Though there are 3 bed’s downstairs with the kitchen. You have to bring all your food up small stairs to get to dining area so we opted not to cook in the house. The photos of the property are really old so don’t be surprised when you’re looking for that picturesque front photo it’s now hidden behind a large walled gate. Does have laundry but takes many hours to wash one load. The staff/owner was helpful and lovely to work with

Fabulous Experience

We had a fantastic time, and enjoyed Passatge Permanyer 7 very much. What a lovely, clean home - the kitchen was so complete, the beds were comfortable, the garden and rooftop terrace were a delight, the kids loved the big screen entertainment and the location was unbeatable. But the best part was the welcoming and personal touch that Ewa, the contact person for this property, gave us both before our trip and upon arrival. Once we had rented the property, she sent a very detailed summary of the neighborhood, restaurants, transportation, tips on sights, etc. She made every effort to accommodate our needs and answered all of our questions. Awesome Home Base for Large Family

This home was a great launching point to all parts of the city four our family of 6 including four young children. The house is half a block from major subway, train, and bus lines, has grocery and pharmacies nearby, was big and super quiet at night. A few cautions: the bedrooms are mostly in the basement and as such were a bit humid, the stairs in the house are very narrow and steep, the front patio is made of pea gravel, not fun when your baby starts grabbing and throwing the gravel all over the place and you have to try to clean it all up, in Barcelona you take out your trash almost every day to central collection points on the main streets so the trash cans in the home are VERY small. this was a struggle with four children generating diapers, drink cans, take out food, paper towel waste, etc. lastly the single beds in the bedrooms are made for children only. Every time an adult sat on one, the bed slats snapped loudly out of the bottom of the bed frame and you ended up sitting on the floor with a lot of bed reassembly to do. None of these are big negatives, just nice to know ahead of time. Rent this house! You will not regret it.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was in an amazing location, with great restaurants close by, easy walks to just about anywhere we wanted to go, and no trouble hailing a cab right outside. The home itself had plenty of space for all eight of us across two families, and the rooftop was such a wonderful bonus. It was the perfect place for our three days in Barcelona, and we would happily stay here again.

Best Ever Home

We were a party of 6 (3+70 and 3 +40) There was plenty of room, bedrooms on 3 levels, if members of your group are challenged by stairs it might not be as accessible as other properties. We enjoyed all the spaces, having wine and apps on the rooftop, morning coffee in the garden level and walking to many of the Cafes and sites. Ewa and Pau were very helpful with transportation and suggestions, it was delightful. B C

Spacious with personality!

The townhouse is just as pictured/described. We were 9 travelers, 6 adults and 3 kids ages 8-14. It was a great property for us. The main living room is a great space to be all together to chat or stream movies/TV on the screen. The location is fantastic, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again. That said, 2 of the bathrooms may not be appropriate for older folks or someone with mobility issues. Pau and Ewa are very friendly! The townhouse makes for a great vacation!
