Welcome to “UNIQUE PASEO DE GRACIA – CASA BATLLÓ”
An exclusive apartment, a manor building, in a privileged environment.
Live the authentic Barcelona staying in a luxury and unique historic apartment.
From the balconies of its sixth floor, you will enjoy the magnificent views of Casa Batlló and Paseo de Gracia, the most emblematic avenue of Barcelona. You will stay in what is said to be the best block of the city.
A HOME WITH HISTORY
Buenaventura Conill i Montobbio, modernista architect, disciple and a close friend of Gaudí, built this building to live with his family and see every day the work of his teacher. Thanks to Buenaventura grandfather, we have had our home in an unique building with plenty of history.
The apartment, 220m2 keeps the original moldings but it is being renovated with all the comforts. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room. The main living room is sunny and spacious, it has two balconies overlooking the Paseo de Gracia and the “Manzana de la Discordia” where it is the Casa Batlló and other flagship buildings of the Modernism: Casa Amatller and Casa LLèo i Morera.
There are two lifts in the building, two doormen, one during the day (9am-1pm/ 4pm-7pm) and another one during the night.(11pm/5am). They control that all guests that stay in the apartments respect the rules of the building. You will be in a luxury building and your safety and wellness is a priority for us.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
We can provide a personal concierge service that can help you to enjoy your stay/visit. They can organize transfers from/to the airport, buy tickets, organize tours or visits.. whatever you need.

THE DISTRICT
The district is incomparable. Staying in the center of Barcelona means that you can walk to the main places of interest. Moreover, just a few steps from the house you have a metro and a railway station, a stop of several buses and a taxi rank. And if you want to rent a car there is a car park just outside the building with AVIS service.
Staying here you can enjoy having the landmark buildings of Modernism, the luxury shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel ..... and the most famous tapas or Michelin stars restaurants, all in the same street.
Moreover you will find all the comforts of a friendly neighborhood: traditional market, supermarkets, small shops, coffe shops and charming restaurants.

In Barcelona there is a tourist tax of €6,88 per person/night up from 16 years old, with a maximum of seven nights, , to be paid at the check-in in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful home base to return to each day. Location, location, location! Tough to beat this treasure facing Casa Battló. Beautifully appointed immense apartment where the photos actually don’t do it justice. Pilar and Javier are super hosts and helped with whatever we wanted/ needed. Washer and dryer in house were also appreciated. Two of the bedrooms have views of Segrada Familia. Highly recommend this oasis- you will not be disappointed!

As one guest told us is like being in NY in the 5th avenue with Central Park,,, We are in Paseo de Gracia, the most popular avenue in Barcelona facing Casa Batlló from Gaudi, but also different unique works from the Modernism like Casa Amestller y Casa LLeó y Morera. What it is called, "La manzana de la Discordia",so the discord square. Last but not least the two master suites have views to Sagrada Familia, now just covered with the big cross. I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay was at this apartment in Barcelona. Host Pilar and Javier made our Christmas celebration a home away from home. They went above and beyond to help us have a fantastic Christmas. The home is clean, organized, well supplied, bed linens and towels are clean and plentiful. The location is central and perfect. I highly recommend this property.

This was an amazing rental in a great location !

The owner was so helpful the apartment was large and had all the amenities and with 6 adults we had ample room to sleep shower cook and relax! The location was central to many of the sights we wanted to see while in Barcelona.

2nd time, just as great!

This was my second time staying here, with 2 of my relatives, and we all enjoyed it very much. The apartment is extremely comfortable, the views and patio are fantastic, and the location is perfect. If I return to barcelona again, I would certainly love to stay here! And my relatives said they would love to return with a group to enjoy the space again as well :)

An excellent place to stay!

I was staying in Barcelona with one family member and we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very well equipped, comfortable, clean, and of course amazing views! It was so lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening. The beds were comfortable and the place is very quiet. We were only 2 people but this space would be great for a family or a larger group. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to call home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Barcelona, and the apartment was certainly paramount in our experience while in the city. The layout, the services, the view, and the comfort of the apartment were perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed meals, games, and family time together while visiting. We will recommend it to all of our friends, who visit Barcelona!

The Best in Barcelona

By far this apartment ranks at the top of places we have stayed. The location is perfect and you have everything you could ever want available. Pilar and Javier are the best hosts and you feel absolutely welcome and comfortable in their home. We would recommend their place to anyone visiting Barcelona. It’s amazing!

Every detail was perfect

Amazing location, amazing apartment, amazing amenities. Owner and agency were extremely helpful and communicative. The apartment itself felt like home from the moment we walked in. We will definitely be back thank you so much for making our stay in Barcelona so memorable.
