* Hot tub a 4 person hot tub is available on request at a cost of £325 for a weekend and £400 for the week.

* Additional accommodation in the Osmund House bedroom annexe is 10% of the rental.

* Barebcue Lodge (Hobbit House) inclusive of coals available to hire £150 for short break, £200 for week.

There is a £500 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage



Dogs welcome - secure enclosed garden. Pets are charged at £40 each per stay

Towels and bed linen included

High chairs, stairgates and travel cots supplied on request - please, bring your own cot bedding.
Charcoal barbecue available, please bring your own coals if not hiring the Barbecue Lodge.

First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.



Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.
