Oceanfront Condo! 2br , 2 Bath, 2 Oceanview Balconies. Beach, Ocean And 2 Pools!

We own Unit 512 for the week of August 11th through August 17th at Peppertree Ocean Club in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Unfortunately, we cannot use our time share week in 2024 and wish to rent this week out. This is a two bedroom, two bath furnished condo on the 5th floor. The primary bathroom has a whirlpool hot tub in addition to the regular bath/shower combo. Both the living room and the primary bedroom have balconies that overlook the pools, beach and ocean. There are three elevators on the building. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. the living room has a couch that pulls out into a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully furnished as are the two bedrooms.
The pool area is ocean-front and has two large pools as well as five hot tubs scattered around the property. There is also a grilling area for tenants use. Check in is after 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 11 and check out is before 10:00 AM on Sunday, August 18th. Photos are from our visit in 2023.
This area of North Myrtle Beach is quiet and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The condo is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, a terrific supermarket and the Cherry Grove fishing pier. On the beach, there is banana boat rentals and parasailing rentals as well.
There is also an on-site laundry facility.
No pets are allowed.
