We have had a lot of fun updating this unit to be a happy and relaxing get away! We are on the 4 th floor and there are 2 elevators for your convenience. Master bdr has a king ,2 nd bdr has a queen and 3 rd bdr has 2 twins. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs. The living area has a sofa and love seat, with the sofa being a sleeper so all in all you could sleep 8. Indoor dining table seats 6 with another 4 at the bar. Outdoor Teak dining table seats 6 as well on the more than 200 sq ft deck! Kitchen is designed to allow you to be a part of everything even if you decide to cook. Kitchen is newly renovated with Quartz counter tops and new microwave and stove, as well as everything you would need for comfortable cooking. Recently updated baths in Master and Hall.
WIFI included.
We provide all linens and towels included in rental price. Hair dryers are in each bathroom. 48" Flat screen tv in living area with DVD player and a great library of DVDs. Full size washer and dryer. We also have extra chairs in the laundry area and a soft sided cooler to take to the beach. We even have some sand toys we keep on the deck. We just replaced the air conditioning inside unit May 2022, so you shouldn’t have any problems with the heat of summer.

This is a very nice condo located right on the beach. It has an amazing balcony/deck area with a great view, lots of seating and a large table for ourdoor dining or game play. The home is very clean and comes with lots of additional accessories to use in the kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) The bedrooms were spacious with all bedding included. Two large bathrooms and a full size washer/dryer. Highly recommend this location.

Condo was beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean. Plenty of linens and even beach toys for the kids stored out on the balcony. Very quiet and relaxing place. Robin was incredibly nice and the overall experience was perfect. Very happy and pleased to have spent my birthday vacation here!

Views from porch are beautiful

It was so nice to come in to cleanliness, plenty of linens, and the beds already made! As someone who owns a cleaning business, this was the cleanest beach home we have stayed in this year. All the touches, such as paper products, soaps, beach chairs, a well stocked kitchen, made our trip so much better. We all fell in love with the porch and almost every meal was eaten out there as well as the many stories and laughs. This is the type of rental that makes you feel right at home. All you need to bring is yourself, a suitcase, and enjoy the beach.

Amazing views!

Condo was very nice. Clean when we arrived and we had plenty of linens provided. There were some beach chairs on the deck which was very helpful. Tons of seasonings and kitchen items that had been left behind and we contributed before we left as well. Nice to save a little on groceries with the items already there. Super short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean. We spent so much time on the deck and had dinner outside multiple times, the table on the deck was the perfect size for our group!

A great place to vacation!

We had a wonderful week and greatly enjoyed the accommodations. The deck was the largest we've had at a condo at the beach and it had plenty of seating and a nice table that we usually ate lunch and sometimes breakfast at. We also loved the big blue tall chairs for looking out over the beach and ocean. Very comfortable! I also appreciated the hard flooring throughout the condo (except for the carpeted bedrooms). The only thing that I would change would be to replace the light over the kitchen table with a more powerful light.

This beautiful property was in a great, secure location. It contained all of the good amenities we needed. It is definitely a place to return to. We highly recommend it!

The condo was very nice and clean. We had a little miscommunication over the code to access the condo but it was quickly rectified. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying in this lovely condo.

The place was awesome. Our favorite part was the outside balcony. It was large enough to have a nice table to sit at for meals while enjoying the view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The property owners were very easy to get in touch with. The location was ideal for my son who had a broken ankle so Close to the beach pool and ocean. The condo was completely stocked with everything you need. The porch was nice size for a family of 7 with spectacular views. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were Spacious overall great experience and would stay again.

Lovely condo

This condo, which is in a great location of North Myrtle Beach, was everything I had hoped for. The owners were very accommodating and my husband and I truly enjoyed our time here. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent condo!

Nothing beats this location! Cherry Grove (North Myrtle Beach) is fantastic and this condo won’t disappoint. The views from the balcony are nothing short of amazing. I would sit out there every morning enjoying my coffee with the nice ocean breeze! Hosts were amazing as well! We will definitely stay here again!

Best of the best!

Absolutely loved this property. Anything we forgot to bring was already there! The view is amazing, and the pool was great for the kiddos. I loved the sun deck because I could lay there and still see & hear them in the pool. Property was very clean and well kept! Location is quiet and everyone is friendly in the building. Would absolutely stay again.

A Great Place!

I waited until the last minute to find a place, but boy did I get lucky! The condo is in a really good area. We were close to all the fun but still family friendly. The kitchen was very well stocked. The condo was clean and there was enough space for six of us. The best part is the balcony! It is bigger than most. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony and the view was amazing. The owners were very gracious and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Well-stocked

This property was very well stocked with what you need for your stay. In fact, it was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The location is awesome! Condo was clean and well decorated. The only problem was the pool—shallow, very small, and gets no sunlight. Great communication with property owners before and during the stay.

This is not just a place to stay while at the beach. From the moment you enter our condo our hope is that you will feel relaxed and cheerful.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo is located in an area called Cherry Grovve. The beaches are beautiful and much less crowded than than the beaches further south where the large high rises grow! Family orientated for sure, but not too far away from the bigger crowds and entertainment.
