Gull Reef 635 has been professionally decorated and renovated with all new furnishings and decor throughout. Located in the Gull Reef-building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 635 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.

This condo has been recently updated by a professional designer and offers a nicely appointed condo with guest's comfort in mind. The professionally decorated living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. The view from the attached balcony looks out to the ocean from the side of the building.

The Master suite has an attached bath with an all-new walk-in-shower and a flat-screen TV. The master also opens to the balcony which connects to the living area balcony as well. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. The 1st guest room has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
