fantastic Covid safe break

We needed this break as a family so much. The owners were in contact with us to reassure us of the changes they were putting in place to keep us all safe making us happy to continue with our holiday. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very warm. Great location, easily walk to pubs restaurants and Filey.

As always we enjoyed our stay

We have stayed here several times, and always enjoy our stay. We get a warm welcome, and the accommodation across both cottages is excellent.

Lovely cottages in a great location

Just finished a lovely week, as a party of 10, renting both cottages. The cottages are well equipped, have great views, clean and in a good location just slightly out of the centre. It was lovely for the kids having sheep next to the garden! Tesco is five minutes away in the car and so is the centre. It took fifteen mins to walk. The beach was about a twenty five minute walk. Lots of parking, very private. WiFi was good. The only downside was no washing machine. We did know this before we booked. Thank you for a lovely break xx

Great place to stay

2 lovely cottages, great place for a family holiday. Easy access to Filey beach ( a bit of a walk down steep paths), & not far from a large supermarket.. Well appointed, comfortable cottages. Be aware there is no mirror in the bedrooms of Filey cottage. Blackout blinds were a useful addition to all the bedrooms. There were sheep in the field but we weren't bothered by them.

Hi We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and you enjoyed the area and property. Sorry about there being no mirror in the bedroom. There should be a mirror in the main bedroom , we will check this and make sure there is and rectify if there is not one . There is also a mirror in the bathroom and a large one at the bottom of the stairs Thank you

very clean and pleasant property

We came on the windiest, wettest day of the year, so did not really take in the location and garden areas!! Great property - easy parking, clean kitchen and clean bedrooms and bathroom. A bottle of wine and a chocolate orange provided to greet us - thank you. In addition to bringing your own towels, you need to bring milk, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, dishwashing liquid, washing up cloths, spare toilet rolls and hair dryer!! All the crockery and cutlery provided was great. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Lovely cottages with amazing view over sea & countryside.

Very comfortable family get-together. There were ten of us in our party and there was plenty of room for us all to have a lovely week's holiday. We will definitely look at booking again in the future.

Just perfect

We rented both properties for my 50th birthday and it was bliss. The properties are really a home from home, clean, spacious and the views were absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed early mornings watching the sheep over the fence and nights watching the flicker of the lighthouse at Flamborough. Will definitely return soon!
