Bayside is the perfect choice for a family holiday, offering plenty of space and sleeping 10 in 4 bedrooms. Ideal for a multi-generational family or two families with children.

Enter through the side door to a spacious hall with downstairs wc off to the side.
Off the hall is the large open plan living space. There's a living area with a gas fire, 65" Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player and sliding door leading onto the patio. There's a dining area with a table seating 10. The kitchen has 2 electric ovens, a gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also off the hall is a handy downstairs bedroom (Bedroom 2) ideal for anyone with mobility issues. It has a kingsize bed, 36" Freeview Smart TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 48" Freeview Smart TV, patio doors leading to balcony and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With 2ft 6 twin beds (can also be joined to make a kingsize) and 40" Freeview Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds, bunk beds and 40" Freeview Smart TV.
Bathroom: With bath, walk-in shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Travel cots available on request.

To the rear is the patio area with garden furniture, parking for 2 or more cars, and direct access to the communal childrens' playground.

Beautiful house

Welcoming and lovely house with ample facilities for 9 people.Great location. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a grab handle fitted in the downstairs en suite shower.

Lovely family house

We were a party of 10, 6 adults and 4 children celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday, the house was perfect, nice spacious living space and patio gets sun all afternoon which is a bonus. Location is great with easy access to beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Excellent 7 day August break

Had an excellent Thursday to Thursday break at Bayside. Very nice 'Dartmouth' type property and nicely located near grassland and childrens playground. Property had all that you could ask for very spacious and lovely comfy beds and by far the best showers i had seen in these properties both in terms of layout, power and quality and nice to see aa larger shower in the downstairs bedroom in this type of property. As always an enjoyable week on the east coast and supported also as usual with Filey Bay Direct with excellent first class customer service in a friendly, down to earth, helpful and professional way by Paula Foster and her team. Always approachable and able to address and solve issues or office help and advice - nothing is too much trouble.

The Bay Filey

From the minute we entered the village it was like entering tinsel town- amazing like another land , easily found the bay property. The area was spotless and well signposted. We stayed on 33 Turnberry drive and apartment was luxury, slept up to 10 even though only 6 of us in was so much room so my family and my elderly mam and dad had space. They used the downstairs ensuite bedroom which saved them using the stairs which was fantastic for those with mobility issues. Myself , my partner and 2 kids had adequate space upstairs with 3 massive bedrooms which the kids loved all having tv's in each room. Property was immaculate and could not fault anything - would definitely return and recommend to anyone, perfect for large groups.

Great family break

The instructions pre-arrival were clear and timely, and queries dealt with very quickly. The quality of the accommodation was superb, bigger and better even than it looked on the photos. Proximity to the beach path was a bonus, and a very good property for those with small children, as it overlooked a good playground.

Home away from home

We loved our time here together: the open plan family space downstairs was ideal and so well equipped for our needs. The park access in front is great for children and safe for them to play watched over by family members from the property. Beach access perfect. Dedicated reserved parking directly in front of the property would be a benefit but wasn’t too much of an issue. We fixed a window blind which fell down completely in the children’s bedroom (luckily no injury sustained!) during our stay though there was a number to call if assistance was needed. There was only a single key which is a tad inconvenient when there are three adult groups in a party of ten but the key safe worked OK. The price seemed a bit steep off-season given the four kids were all in one room and there was only a glimpse of a sea view from their room and no other; we also missed having our family pooches with us. Coffee machine and pods was a nice touch and master suite worth fighting for!!

Weekend break 12 - 15 July 2024

We stayed at this property in May it was spotlessly clean however when we arrived this time the general cleanliness was not the same. There were sticky patches on the furniture downstairs and the bathroom floor was sticky.
