Welcome to this charming cottage (torp) located on a beachfront lot with its own private dock. The cottage is situated just on the outskirts of the small community of Norje in Blekinge! It is located just 10 meters from the water on a fantastic beachfront property with unbeatable panoramic sea views. Here, you wake up to the sunrise over the ocean, take a morning dip from your private dock, and enjoy breakfast right by the water's edge. If you are lucky, you might even spot seals sunbathing out on the rocky reef.

* From the property: Swimming directly from the private dock is excellent.
* Sandy beach just about 700 meters from the cottage, there is a very nice and child-friendly sandy beach. Here, you will also find a small kiosk where you can buy ice cream and simple meals during the summer.

🎣Fishing & Boat Rental
* OptionsSea fishing is permitted directly from the property and along the coastline.
* Fishing in the sea is free and does not require a fishing license. The fishing is at its best during spring and autumn. From the shore and coast, you have the chance to catch sea trout, pike, perch, whitefish, and garfish. Out on the open sea by boat, you also have the chance to catch both cod and salmon.

*Boat rental: You have the opportunity to rent either a motorboat or a rowboat.

* Nature Reserves: Several beautiful hiking areas and reserves are located nearby for scenic walks along the sea.

* Visit local fishing villages: While you are here, make sure to visit the charming small fishing communities of Hörvik, Torsö, and Hällevik, where you can also buy fresh and smoked fish.
* Take the ferry to Hanö Island: Enjoy the spectacular views over the entire Pukavik Bay from the top of the island.
* Guest Binder: In the cottage, you will find a binder filled with the owner's personal recommendations for places to visit, good restaurants, beaches, fun activities for children, and more.

📝 Good to Know
* Pets (Dogs): May be allowed upon request, but strictly during the off-season only. An additional fee applies. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring your dog.
* Final Cleaning can be booked as an optional service at cost price.
* Water and Electricity consumption is included. However, EV charging or abnormally high consumption is not included.
