Family-friendly house on a corner plot with a large garden in a quiet summer cottage area. There is garden furniture in different directions for the opportunity to get both sun and shade from morning to evening. The glazed outdoor room that is passed through at the entrance is furnished with a sofa group for sociable moments and perfect for the slightly cooler evenings. The proximity to swimming from the jetty and play equipment on a fine sandy beach is a stone's throw away. The house offers an open plan with a sofa in front of the TV and a dining table next to the kitchen area. The 2 bedrooms with several wardrobes for storage have 2 beds each, one with a double bed. In the guesthouse on the plot there are 2 additional single beds. All beds of good quality for the best comfort and convenience. The cottage has a very good starting point for excursions to sights, swimming and entertainment. Listerlandet with several nature reserves that are easy to reach both by car, bicycle and on foot. In the area there are restaurants to enjoy a bite to eat and drink and the small town idyll of Sölvesborg and Karlshamn also offer cozy shopping. For music lovers you are in the middle of "Swedenrock land" but there are also plenty of other festivals and events in the area throughout the summer.
