Enjoy being oceanside, just 50 ft to beautiful Salisbury Beach by private access way. The cottage offers direct access to one of Massachusetts' most beautiful family beaches (no water views from the cottage, however). Relax in sun drenched rooms, enjoy the easterly patio for grilling or take in views of the marsh from the westerly deck. Freshly painted, tiled throughout and colorfully decorated with ventless climate control and a charming gas stove for cooler evenings. One full/double bedroom with streaming TV and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, living room with TV and free wifi for streaming entertainment, separate dining room, full bath and washer/dryer in unit make this a perfect beach getaway for 4. Parking for one car included. Pets considered for multi week stays.

Wonderful Stay!!!!

Very clean and adorably decorated cottage! My husband and I stayed with my 14 year old daughter and her friend. The location was perfect and the cottage was super cute. Jim and Sarah weee great too…I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice family vacancy at the beach

great beach vacation! Sarah and Jim's apartment is perfect for a very comfortable stay. we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort. the children love the beach (we do too!). Sarah and Jim responded quickly to our questions. we were 30 seconds from the waves. the dream! I highly recommend for a great vacation!

Perfect Beach Vacation!

My family had the best time staying in Sarah and Jim's beach property! The house was SUPER cute and clean and you can't beat the location. My two year old son was beaming ear to ear the entire time and made so many memories. This was the first time we had ever rented and we have to say Sarah and Jim made the process so easy! They were so accommodating and attentive and just the nicest couple. We will DEFINETLY be back next year if they'll have us!

Rest and Relaxation at Salisbury Beach

We stayed at this cottage for the first time in August 2018 for one week. When we arrived, everything was spotless. The décor is all beach-inspired and so cute…it’s just how I would decorate a place at the beach. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The two bedrooms provided more than enough space. There are two private decks, which are both lovely…one which faces the west (marsh view) and the other on the east side of the cottage (near the beach). The private access to the beach is so convenient...something I really appreciated with the frequent trips back and forth with my young son. The owners were very accommodating and easily accessible via text/phone. They are onsite, which I found comforting. I will definitely look to return to this cottage again in the future!

Immaculate space (highly recommend)

I’ve stayed at a lot of time-share condos and AirBnBs and I can honestly say that I wish all of those owners were as accommodating and attentive to detail. I was traveling with my family as a coordinated group – we all rent during the same couple of weeks at Salisbury Beach and meet up on the beach as a larger group. As soon as everyone saw this place, I couldn’t get rid of them! It was much cleaner and “beachier” plus the patio was a great place to hang out together. The only downside is the cottage is set behind another one so there is no ocean view, although technically the whole house is right on the beach and you’re close enough to hear the waves – an easy 25 steps. The biggest plus was the owners were so helpful –when my grandmother came up they gave us extra parking so she didn’t have to walk too far and let her use their beach stairs because they were easier for her to maneuver. Grandma had such a great time she asked the owners to see the apartment they had just finished remodeling on the first floor. It’s gorgeous and the grandparents are already talking about booking it next year so we can all stay together. 5 stars – highly recommended

Beachy Cottage

Lovely cottage with all the amenities you need and only 20 steps to the beach! Owners are very nice and attentive to any needs you might have during your stay.

Great little cottage

Great cottage with everything you could need. Hosts are super helpful with the unit and surrounding area with ideas of what to do. We had a great time. The unit is so close to the beach it was OK that it wasn't beach front

Charming and immaculate

I highly recommend visiting Sarah and Jim's delightful rental property in Salisbury beach. It provides 2 bedrooms, and has so many little amenities that make it lovely - a front and back deck for coffee or happy hour, brand new washer/dryer, air conditioning, bright and airy rooms, ceiling fans, and so clean. I've never rented from more polite, friendly, and accommodating people. And the best part for us is the access to the beach: out the front door and into the sandy path, 20-30 steps to the beach and ocean. It was so convenient and so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great place - exceeded expectations

We went as a family with a toddler. We weren’t sure what to expect but were so happily surprised when we got there. They had just redone the patio and it was so nice to chill and eat outside. That wasn’t in the pictures so it was a nice surprise. Also, the beach is literally the backyard. I thought it would be like a block or 2 away, but open the door and boom it’s there. The place is small but the layout is great. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apt so there is tons of privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked, from lobster broilers to sharp knives and plenty of plates/cups. There’s an eat-in kitchen or an outdoor table so take your pick on where to eat. Location was 5 mins from Hampton Beach. Another great surprise was the beach by the house, although not private, seemed private because everyone goes to Hampton beach anyways. So it wasn’t packed and yet still super well maintained. Finally the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Had we asked for anything they would have been there in minutes. Would highly suggest this place.

Another great Year's Vacation in Salisbury

I have been vacationing in Salisbury for years and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. This adorable place has a “cottagey feel” in the middle of everything going on - steps from the beach, a short walk to the center and a five minute drive to Newburyport. My girlfriends and I love the colorful decor - it’s a welcome escape! Wouldn't miss another year nor would I spend it anywhere else. See you next year - B. PS. Clean, nice, cozy!

I warmly recommand this place! The owners were very nice, welcoming and helpful when needed! The place is well organized, many extras as fancy coffee machine and crockpot cooker! Good matresses, new dishes, recent ceramic floors everywhere and well painted! Private access to the beach was appreciated, we were barefoot from our door to the ocean in 30 seconds! We were enchanted by our trip, the appartment, the beach, the weather and everything was as we expected and even more!

Womderful Stay

I brought my little boy here for the first time a couple of years ago and have been coming back since. We love it! He is still talking about his beach vacation and had me snap pics of him and his friends in every room. As a mom, I appreciate that the place was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen reminded me of an English cottage I stayed at a long time ago - cute and functional. Best of all, the beach is just steps away and coming back to this delightful place was icing on the cake. We’ll be back! —K.

With its own deck and patio, the cottage unit has direct access to the street and to the beach (no water views, however). The property itself has been renovated and lovingly restored with modern improvements in keeping with the charm and character of beach cottages traditional to the New England coast.

This small cottage is perfect for 2-4 people, but can be combined with a first floor apartment directly below to accommodate families or groups of up to eight people (8) during the summer months, comfortably providing 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 full size laundry sets. The units are connected by gated, exterior passageway making it possible for extended families or friends to find the perfect balance of quality time together without sacrificing space or privacy. **Please note that while the property is oceanside, this beach cottage does not have water views.
