We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Two-room apartment - 2/3 beds (maximum 2 adults and a child under 16)
The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. A corridor illuminated by LED lights leads to a large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with induction hob. The name of the apartment is given by its incredible position, a stone's throw from the Pianotta beach and its refurbished and refined rooms. Let yourself be enchanted by the incredible view of the Gulf of Mola and Naregno from the equipped terrace that completes the accommodation.

- the rental must be for a maximum of 2 adults and children under 16 years of age
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
