Is a lovely apartement for a couple. Close to everything and the balcony is great. We Will come back again.

Property was beautiful and location was perfect. Excellent communication throughout. Loved the balcony. Only slight negative, we only had 2 bath towels for entire stay, no hand towel or shower mat.

One week in Malaga

We had a great experience with this apartment. It was modern, clean, had a great balcony, and was close to all the sights while being just out of the main tourist area. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked some of the basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, oil, paper towels…). Check-in process does require you to go to an office in the middle of town to get the keys, but they will hold your bags for you which is nice. Would definitely stay again.

Iloftofmalaga show some very curated and nicely retouched images. This is why we booked the place. Sadly, they do not tell the whole story. Given a total lack of any decent wardrobe space, this is what the apartment is likely to look like during your stay. And regarding cleanliness I leave you with this photo… suffice to say we did not sit on the chair.Also, the promised pick-up from the airport did not show up and we had to find our way to the apartment in the middle of the night. And when we told the ‘office’ the next day, we were told he was there and tried to call numerous times. Funny, not a single missed call on my phone… and they also then refused to take us back to the airport. Petty and highly unprofessional. You have been warned.So, with the best will in the world we cannot give this host a nice write up, we thought they were well below par.

We stayed here last week (July 2025). The property is as listed. Very clean studio apartment close to Plaza La Merced and within walking distance to everything in the center. The bed, pillows and bedding were comfortable. There’s an elevator in the building and motion sensor lighting in the hallways. The refrigerator is fairly large and there’s dishes you can use. There’s a washer but no dryer. I would suggest they provide a clothes drying rack you can use on the terrace. We laid our clothes out to dry on chairs. I would also suggest they provide a dresser or some sort of wardrobe. We had to lay out suitcases on the table and live out of them. There is a very small closet with 4 hangers but nothing really fits in there. It would be nice if there were shelves in the shower to put your toiletries on. Also if you go out onto the balcony, you cannot entirely close the door. It stays open as it doesn’t have a handle. In summary, I would stay here again. Good value!!

upon arrival at the property, the clerk informed me there was no existing reservation. After a lengthy investigation process, the reservation was located. The pictures of the condo were extremely misleading. There was no sofa . What was supposed to constitute a sofa were two broken recliners pushed together that would not even recline , or connected to each other. The linens were of poor quality, the pillows were stained, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which led to many sleepless nights. I have a cervical neck disorder. which was highly exasperated due to the bed. the shower doors where inoperable, and water seals were peeling off, causing water to collect on the bathroom floor creating a potential risk for injury. Throughout the shower, there was mold, mildew, fungus, and rust, the shower doors would not even close due to the rusty railing, and deterioration. my girlfriend who accompanied me on the trip, was so distraught over the poor living conditions of the condo that she left upon arriving the first night, and got a hotel across the street for the remainder of the stay, Hotel Lima . see attachment for proof of receipt and payment. I attempted numerous occasions to contact the owner/management company, I have booked through VRBO for the entire six weeks of this trip, they have all been excellent experiences, except for this property. The overall conditions of the unit. severely impacted my vacation in Marbella.

Perfect stay

The appartment is just like the pictures. The area is quiet, no noise at night and just around the corner, you find all the nice restaturants. Our favorite place i Malaga. hThe airconditione is perfect - allmost too good. The balcony is fantastic - no sun until noon. Perfect to enjoy breakfast without beeing fried. Stayed 1 week. We loved it and would definetly consider staying next time i Malaga. No storage place, a longer stay will require som extra space for storrage. That would be perfect, when you stay for a week or more.

Fantastic terrace and cozy place

We booked the studio on the rooftop and it was great, we stayed for almost a week, it is very close to Plaza de la Merced and the beach is just walking after a tunnel between that square and another roundabout, Fuente tres Gracias. We lost the transfer to arrive to the apartment because our flight was delayed, but we went back by transfer at midnight.
