The kitchen, which is very bright, is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances (toaster, kettle, espresso machine), a double induction cooktop, and a modern combination oven (grill + microwave), as well as a refrigerator and a dishwasher for 6 place settings.
The bathroom is equally bright and features a heated towel rack, a spacious shower, and a hair dryer.
The hallway is equipped with a large built-in closet, inside which the hot water heater and washing machine are stored out of sight. In addition, Casa Cafè is equipped with an iron, a drying rack, and an ironing board. The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator.
