Stunning Santa Rosa Sound Front Home; Bring Your Poles to Fish from the Pier!

This beautiful, Sound front home has four-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.

Enjoy the gorgeous views of Santa Rosa Sound and the spacious bonus room on the upper level. The main level of the home has an open layout of the living area, dining area and kitchen with access to the sound front deck. There are two bedrooms on the east side of the home – one with a queen bed and access to the deck and the other with a queen and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath. The other two bedrooms are on the west side of the home – the master has a king bed, private bathroom and access to the deck. The other has three twin beds and utilizes the second hall bath. Go up the spiral staircase to the bonus room which has a twin over full bunk bed, half bath and comfy chairs to hang out.

The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks across the island. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just a short distance from this wonderful home.

House is great, right on the water, good location, close to local restaurants and bars. Knocked a star off for not having beach towels or other accessories. Seems like they use that as a monetization opportunity and want to rent to you. I’ve never stayed somewhere like that. Thankfully we had local friends and borrowed several things from them.

Great waterfront home with wonderful amenities. Very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk to dinner (about a mile) and just a 3 minute walk across street to beach. The dock is very nice and my boys loved fishing from it. Overall a very quiet street and a relaxing vacation spot. House is overall very comfortable, well laid out and kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. HighlyRecommend!

Great place!

Family of 6 really enjoyed the property! We swam right off the shoreline and fished off the dock everyday! We hope to return again next year!

2nd time stayer, still a wonderful place

We stayed at this property for the second time for a week. Great location, great for large families. We had some fridge issues that was handled well by management bring extra coolers and ice if yiu lots of liquids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the same house for the fourth time because ithe location and room arrangement is perfect for our family of seven. It's beautiful, well maintained with a well stocked kitchen. Our favorite time is morning coffee on the huge deck watching our grandkids playing in the water. I can't think of one improvement that needs to be made. Paradise Beach rentals is very friendly and responsive.

Great beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the bay and a short walk to the gulf. Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, flatware, pots and pans and small appliances. Nicely decorated with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of ten. The only problem we had was getting the oven to work properly.

We had a wonderful time in this home! Everything was pretty much as described with a few exceptions! The master bedroom is in desperate need of a new mattress!! Overall though, it’s perfect for families. The bay was a big hit with us all. We would stay here again!! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes are top notch!!!

Waist deep water for the kiddies to swim out front. Fishing, paddle boarding, jet skiing. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Best rental we have ever had!

We loved floating out back and fishing from the pier. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. That particular area of beach was crowds at all! We are definitely planning on staying again.

Everyone was delighted with the house, location and pier!! They really enjoyed going out each day and throwing a line in the water. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked with kitchen, bath and bedroom equipment and linen. Would definitely rent it again without hesitation!

It was close enough to walk to places to eat and drink but far enough away to not hear traffic noise. The deck is extra big which is great for enjoying the water view. Clean house. Had an issue with not being able to lock a door but rental agency had that fixed within short order. House could use wine glasses and we didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable but everything else was good.

Beautiful, with one small issue

In general, the house was big and beautiful and clean. Amenities worked well. Dock was excellent. Area is quiet and private. The only nuisance issue was the lack of supplies. If you plan to stay longer than 3 days, plan on buying your own laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish washer pods, shower amenities, and trash bags. No idea why property management leaves the house so lacking - annoying inconvenience for our 10 day stay. Other than that, beautiful house and area.
