Beautiful 5-bdrm, 4.5-bath home - within easy walking distance to everything!

Located directly on Santa Rosa Sound this recently completed home is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and night life. A short three-block walk across the island takes you to the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach. This home has a great room with kitchen that shouts let’s entertain. This great room space is ideal for a get together of family and friends.

The master bedroom has a king bed, private master bath and door to the Sound front porch. In addition to the master bedroom there are two bedrooms with queen beds and private baths. Bedrooms four and five share a Jack-and-Jill bath and one has a single queen bed and the other has a twin over full bunk. In addition to the washer and dryer, the laundry room also has a second refrigerator.

At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach or on the water, enjoy a relaxing meal on the deck, cooked on the home's gas grill.

Guests in this home have the use of the shared pier in front of the home just to the west. The area under the home easily accommodates six vehicles.

Complimentary WiFi (Pet Friendly $250 pet fee per pet). Event Friendly w/ fee.

Excellent Family Beach Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The bayside beach was an unexpected benefit as the young children preferred it over the rougher beach (which is a short walk away). The convenience of being near so many restaurants and shops was nice too. The next time we are able to return to Pensacola, this is the house we will seek out!

Spacious Family-Friendly Home with Bay Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Panferio 129! The house layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The private sand area and easy access to the bay were a major highlight — the kids had an amazing time playing and swimming there. Being within walking distance to the beach and restaurants was super convenient and added to the overall experience.A couple of things to note for future guests: the dock is shared, and unfortunately the other group (owners of the neighboring home) occupied it heavily during our entire 7-day stay — including setting up a large tent and having over a dozen people on it at times, which made it inaccessible to us. Also, the AC unit was quite loud when it cycled on and off, which could be disruptive at night.Overall, a great property in a great location — just a couple of small things to be aware of if you’re planning a stay.

Great home for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at this property. It’s a great location right on the bay with a dock so we can have our boat right there. It is a short walk across the road to go to the gulf side and an even shorter walk to Paradise for a Bushwacker! The balcony is great for watching the sunset every night!! The outdoor furniture has been updated and is quite nice. It would be nice to have a couple of ceiling fans outside on the balcony though. The house is spacious ! We had 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. We love that there is a bathroom in each bedroom! We will definitely stay there again!

The porch of this house overlooking the sound was where we spent most of our time and it was always hard to transition to another location. This is our favorite house.

Quick trip from Texas to a beautiful beach!

The only complaint would be that we only were given 2 dishwasher tablets , and only 2 trash bags for 4 nights (and 10 people!). Everything was comfortable, and we loved all the bathrooms! We enjoyed being on the Bayside, but could just walk across the street to the beach side. Beach was not crowded and super clean. Also, be sure to try the McQuire roll at the Crab Restaurant. So good! Also, loved visiting the Blue Angel Museum and the historic district in Pensacola.

The Gulf side is walking distance from the house. The house is also located next to a public basketball court which gives the kids the ability to burn off some energy.

Perfect Property for our stay

A short walk to the beach, food, convenience store, and much more. We fished from the dock. The neighbors were super friendly. The living space was large. The parking spaces were ample. The beds were comfortable. The best thing about this property, to me, is that it is not over decorated or filled with accent furniture. So many beach homes are decorated and furnished like a showroom. This property was minimally decorated with appropriate furnishings for 8-10 adults to be very comfortable. It was also easy to clean up and pack up when time to leave.We really enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again!

Everything from getting keys and check out was simple. Perfect location and large parking area. Each room is very private and perfect for what we needed it for relaxing prior to race day.
